People often think I am being snarky when I respond with "I am an American".

Coming from a family that has more ingredients than Heinz 57, it is the closest thing to the truth that I can honestly say.

I am an American, A citizen of the USA. I am not against immigrants, but think that illegals should be deported and if they desire, come here legally. If an immigrant has a criminal record, they should not be allowed to come here. If the record is for say Drunk Driving twenty years ago, or shoplifting when they were a kid ten years ago, then that is not a problem. But I do not want criminals that steal or hurt others coming over.

We do not have a shortage of workers in this country, we have brainwashed the kids that working on a farm is not good work, they have to go to college and get a large student debt before they can go work at Subway.
