Can't get this title to work with my PS4 controller at all or even recognise the device wired or wireless in game.

Tried running with and without Steam/Big picture and with various different combinations of PS4/Xbox360/STEAM controller settings with and without DS4windows running, but to no avail.

Tried disabling NvContainerLocalSystem with various combinations of the above and still no luck.

Anyone else experiencing such an issue?

Or can help it would be much appreciated?

What "device" are you trying to run it on ?
Some games for PC refuse to detect any controller other than XBox360 , PC controller , or Steam Controller
For most games there are some form of mod ,etc. for the PS4
Or , search for an emulator for PC that the PS4 controller will emulate a PC/Steam (forgot about that)

DS4Windows is a ps4 to 360 pad emulator.

The problem seems to be happening for certain people.

The issues through is apparently not Steam.

Wolfenstein New World Order was the same.

For PCs I like the XBox 360 Rock Candy Controllers
Wired to cut down on potential issues.
But , as in any controller on a PC , they have too many dead spots

Found the solution after endless tampering. LoL

Ended up i needed to set DS4 to "hide ds4" then restart the pc, close Steam, Uplay, Netflix and the like, and also disable Nvidia Geforce experience overlay.

If I'm honest I'm still not sure what i have done that fixed the issue. LoL

Cheers for the input all the same.

No Window 10 Pro.

It almost seems like Windows 7 had better support for controllers

Does my box in sometimes.

Seems to be problematic after they do an update.

Imho the problem has something to do with the HID protocol limitations, and the OS not being able to recognize standard USB HID devices.

Like i said through the controller issues always seem to arise after Windows kicks out an update, and game wise it always seems to be STEAM titles even though, apparently its not a STEAM issue.
