R.A.T.S. access ripped off

Less than a week ago I spent my 5000 points to get into R.A.T.S.
Now it says I need to renew my subscription.
I thought I was supposed to get a month of access with the initial buy in.
But in reality I got less than a week.
I feel totally ripped off.

Once you're in, it's only 250 points to resubscribe.

I know that. But after seeing it, I wasn't planning on subscribing again til I spent points on other things available. Noone seems to post there very often.
I just felt I had a month to go through what was there not less than a week. If I had known I would have lost access at the end of the month and not after a month I would have waited until today to subscribe.

well that is to bad maybe a kindly Mod can help you out.

Having never spoken with or dealt with him/her before I had no idea.
But now that I have I would have to agree that alien is great.
