I need some info about high speed aircraft!

Hello everyone!

There have been a lot of talk about high speed aircraft like Aurora. My question is what material are they made of? It must be very hot at those speeds! LOL

My second question - Where can I find some information about russian aircraft - 1900 to 2005. I am very interested in the really old aircraft (WW2) and the new (1990-2005).

How very vague... unless the aircraft lacks a cockpit/windshield the speed it goes at isn't going to affect the pilot unless the do turns or accelerate. He/she wouldn't know if they were travelling at Mach 1 or Mach 10 if it was doing it constantly...
