This is very important and very dangerous. This is the Politics of Socialism and moral superiority. This type of thinking stems from our education system and left wing Professors indoctrinating our kids and turning them into mindless automatons.

This use to be the fringe of the fringe of the Democrat party but now it's mainstream.

It's the Politics that says my position is morally superior and anyone who questions it is evil. It doesn't matter if their position doesn't make any sense, it's moral and can't be questioned.

Just listen to AOC and the Green New Deal. If you question it, you want to destroy the planet because AOC is now Nostradamus and predicts th end of the world in 12 years.

Why do you think AOC doesn't do a lot of interviews and you mostly see her running from the the following microphones. She and Omar and other moral superiority radicals don't want to be questioned.

This morality politics can be linked to schools and College Campuses. It was the fringe and now it's mainstream in the Democrat party. They encourage kids to skip school and march to stop the apocalypse and save the planet. These kids are ready to give their lives over to total Government control if it means corrupt Politicians are going to control the climate and save us from human extinction.

I'm not a fan of her mother, but Chelsea didn't deserve that. She handled it with more grace than I would have, for sure.

I saw some pundits saying how she shouldn't have apologized for her views, when she really wasn't. She said "I'm sorry you feel that way". That's not the same thing.

Frankly, I'm tired of the bully tactics of getting in ppls faces because they disagree, regardless of what side of the issue you're on.

Politicians are a differnt thing. They chose to be in the spotlight.

I don't follow Chelsea much, but all I have heard is that she spoke out against anti-Semitism. Is THAT the rhetoric this girl in the video is talking about?

Chelsea has been trained in the politically-correct-kiss-their-a$$-for-everything environment. She should have taken up for herself better than that. There is something to be said for a good counter punch, imo.

Yeah...I was taught the same thing. But, look where we are. The idiots have taken over and the rational people are having to put up with their stupidity, their insanity, the loud-mouthed idiotic behavior.

This sort of thing is why I shake my head at people who subscribe to, or count themselves as members of, the left.

Once it was okay to be Liberal...then you had to be left-leaning...now you need to be far-left to (think you will) escape this kind of chastisement. But the additional problem is that, in this identity politics game, you will never be pure enough - in the eyes of other proponents/activists.

Your turn will come, believe it, to be run down, then cast out - if not then snuffed out.

This is how socialism works...they need total control over you, your property, your associations, your inclinations, your actions and even your thoughts. They will find you out...or they will have someone rat you out. You will be doxed. You will be harassed. You will be made to submit and apologize - and that will still not be enough.

The attack in NZ was a local event there, caused by some guy who just disliked the Muslims very much. He or the Media may try to blame it on American politics, but I would say that no US political influence caused that event. You can't blame Trump or the Clintons for that.

If MSM in NZ is constantly televising American messed up politics and pushing hate like our media, then their media is to blame for this event happening. They should not be obsessed with our politics in America, they should focus on their own people and their problems. I do not judge the leadership of Australia and New Zealand, that is their country. Their people should be the ones keeping their eyes on who they elect, it is not our business and I do not want to hear about their government everyday, heck I hate even hearing them slamming trump every day on MSM when I know most of it is just someone's opinion or twisted out of perspective. I hated that kind of twisted news against Obama, so I avoided Fox.

If people in NZ are watching our MSM here and getting all weird, then they should avoid watching this crap. Maybe NZ wants their people focused on turmoil here so they do not start going after their government personal, that is flawed though, when these people get all fired up, they always start to bring the turmoil to their countries people eventually. Within five years NZ politicians will be living in hell.

I was talking to a young female cousin not to long ago and it's getting close to College time. I asked about College and what she wants to do and she listed some things but said first we have to do something about Global Warming or we will not be here in 10-15 years.

This really upset me and now you have all of these kids skipping school to attend climate change rallies.

They're brainwashing our kids. It's insane to think that corrupt Politicians who waste and spend trillions of dollars will control the climate and stop the end of the world if we just give them total control over every aspect of our lives.

What strikes me about this whole thing is how unhappy and angry that bitch that confronted Chelsea must be all the time. I can't imagine being so upset about every little thing and being in the mentality it would take to sustain such anger and hatred. Life is too awesome to live that way.

Not to get personal about your family, but are those views reflected in her parents?

I ask because offspring usually absorb as much from them as anyone else, even when it is not immediately apparent.

It's not unusual for young ppl to be idealistic. That changes when reality gives them a smack or two. In fact, I think sometimes parents do their children a huge disservice by sheltering to much from the cold hard world.
