I have no idea where to find an avatar or how to attach one here....any suggestions?

I can't send you a U2U as I haven't posted enough times...at least that's the message I get when I tried to send you a private message....
I have an avatar on my system I'd like to use, but don't know how to upload it from my computer to where it needs to be.
