I was surfing the web and I found this video, I don't know what to think of it's authenticity, and I am divided. But please, anyone with knowledge of Special Effects examine this and let me know what you come to think of it.

No, this was a promo for a Sci-Fi series...another promo was a guy getting electrocuted by a fence, etc. etc. There was even a disclaimer on Sci-Fi's website about this video as it caused so much flak....
