What is The Mandate?

In accordance with the Divine Right revelation, I kept seeking for the truth dwelling deeper and deeper trying to figure it out.

Yet, when I thought about finally giving up, I had a revelation of someone's voice but I could not place or truly understand the origin.

When I encountered it I wished to ask it - What is the Divine Right?

However, instead of answering directly it said to me - "For it is a heavenly mandate".

What is The Heavenly Mandate?

I know that many will say "Google is your friend!" but it does not answer the question in full, it is mere human understanding of notions to which we can not comprehend fully. Which is why I would like to know/see if there is anyone on ATS that could break it down or knows the answer to it!

If there is such a Mandate what could it all mean?

One was given in person real life and the second one was given in a dream, where I would assume was a cathedral of some sort.

The Great Work comes to mind. I believe the process of Self Realization is a heavenly mandate.
