So, the three harvests in Israel tell a story

The first one is barley....comes in early for a grain seems......but it gets windowed to separate and store the grain.....or is it corn, idk what is a John Barleycorn ......hehe

The next grain coming to harvest is wheat.......you guessed it....it gets the crap beat outta it. Thrashed a good one

That's nothing, the third crop is grapes......squish......

They get sqished....what's the term....grapesquisher, naw running

It's possible according to Scripture then, that there may be three harvests of Saints in the ordeal called rapture then tribulation

Harvests in order...... in Israel get prepped for use by winnowing with a fan to blow gently away the riff raff......hehe.....in the case of Barley, I read on the internet once....
So they toss the stuff up gently over a cloth or other letting the fan do all the work....

I’m not understanding the 3 phases of rapture, that is completely new info for me, do you have a source?

If you’ve never listened to chuck missler - he goes into some excellent detail and scripturally based evidence for a pre tribulation rapture, amongst other intriguing studies. A quick YouTube search will pull him. He generally breaks it down into hour long segments.

I would love to hear more info on the three harvests

We don't know the day or time. But, we will know the seasons. If we are following what has been prophecied in Revelations, ie: destruction of Damascus, people following their own selfish hearts, rumors of wars, increased earthquakes, etc., then we will know the time is close, aka: the season. We are instructed to keep watch, to repent and to be ready.

First of all, Spocky Spock, I don't think there will ever be a "rapture." That story is something that got peddled in the 1800's...before then, no one ever talked about it, because the Greek does NOT make it clear that it's any kind of "rapture."

If you're basing eschatological timetables on what the Jews say, I would think again. They missed the Messiah the first time, you know?

Revelations was made up by the Romans to scare people. Just like Hell.

I'm not a devoted Christian but it's easy to see the Romans' alterations to scripture. I believe in God but I refuse to believe everything the church says. Faith and logic can go hand in hand. Some may say it's picking and choosing but considering the government's hand in manipulating religion over centuries, I don't feel bad about disregarding what I feel is the dumb parts of the Bible.

My understanding is that God sent Jesus for the Jews. Then he "grafted" everyone else onto the vine and so we all have the chance to be God's children. The Jewish people rejected Jesus as they expected a king to save them from their troubles, not understanding that it wasn't an earthly king as such but a supernatural king to save them from eternal death and cut off from God.

The Jewish people are still waiting for their Messiah. Daniels time will be when the believers and the restainer (Holy Spirit) will leave earth and be with Jesus while the Jews (and all other non believers) endure the tribulation - some will accept Jesus as soon as they realize what has happened (the Rapture), others will come to believe some time after and suffer in death, others will hide, and others will never believe no matter how many signs they witness. Those who die during the Tribulation will go to Jesus. Those who still deny him will not see eternal life or Jesus (whatever that may mean after all is said and done. Some believe in an actual hell, some believe in being zapped out of existence and then there are other thoughts).

Funny, my own experience, how as I grew up without church in my life, without any Christian guidance, and when I read my New Testament that was provided in school at that time (I think I was 11) - that I understood what the Rapture was as I would read it on my own. The word Harpazo (taken away) was not suddenly brought into existence in the 1800's. It has always been there.

But, just like Martin Luther King realized that the Bible had to be read individually, and not taught by man (the church at the time), and people kept in the "dark" about what the Bible said - as time goes on, and more people share thoughts and read the Bible, and when God decides to allow further understanding - the idea of the Rapture can easily be proven.
