The flick looks like it could be fun.
But hey, what's with the DC and Marvel near simultaneous release ... of Captains and Marvels?
Wasn't the super fabulous male caped hero young Billy Batson turned into called Captain Marvel? While "Shazam" was the magic phrase used to
transmogrify young Billy into the older, fashionably dressed (in a Liberace-esque sense) comely man?
Isn't Shazam also the name of the old mystic dude in the subway tunnel luring young boys with promises of magical gifts and adult role play?
Isn't there a current Marvel flick called Captain Marvel, starring a woman as the titular character? Is the cheesily named actress playing the
titular character presented as kryptonite vs nerdy, faux outraged misogynists? Does larsony have anything to do with this?
Is there a relation between these DC and Marvel militarily monikered characters and when did they get their promotions or demotions and why are they
debuting so closely together?
Is Crunch next? And where does Lt Dan fit in? General Ennui?
What message is the Illuminati trying to get across?
