Holy Smokes:

Another "chalk-up" for Democrat "equality" 😎

Wednesday March 13th Update:

And today, Elijah Cummings PROVED that he is ARROGANT, SELFISH, and STUPID.

Chairman Elijah Cummings of the House Committee on Oversight and Reform on Wednesday quashed any notion that he would refer Michael Cohen to the Justice Department for perjury.

"I do not see the need for further action — at least at this time,” Cummings said.
Full Story:

"Further action"? What was the initial action? What an evil man.

Does he or anyone actually have to refer Cohen or can the DOJ just file charges?

I mean the actual transcripts of his statements are there and either he liked or didn't. It's pretty cut and dry.

The Attorney General could launch an investigation, but the DOJ tries to follow protocol. Republicans on Cummings's committee sent him a letter urging referral of Cohen tot he DOJ.

But as stated above, Elijah Cummings would be admitting that calling a convicted felon liar, as his #1 witness since taking over the House Oversight Committee, was an embarrassing mistake.

Elijah Cummings (aka Azzhole on Steroids) is now subpoenaing one of Donald Trump's accountants for 10 years of financial records!

And get this. Cummings is getting these records, because CONVICTED LIAR Michael Cohen suggested it!
