How can a questionable source expose anyone else?

A questionable source exhibits one or more of the following: extreme bias, consistent promotion of propaganda/conspiracies, poor or no sourcing to credible information, a complete lack of transparency and/or is fake news. Fake News is the deliberate attempt to publish hoaxes and/or disinformation for the purpose of profit or influence (Learn More). Sources listed in the Questionable Category may be very untrustworthy and should be fact checked on a per article basis. Please note sources on this list are not considered fake news unless specifically written in the reasoning section for that source. See all Questionable sources.

Overall, we rate Judicial Watch Questionable based on extreme right wing bias, promotion of conspiracy theories and a very poor fact check record.

Reasoning: Extreme Right, Conspiracy, Propaganda, Some Fake News

History

Founded in 1994 by Larry Klayman, Judicial Watch (JW) is an American conservative activist group that files Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuits to investigate alleged misconduct by government officials. They primarily target Democrats such as the Clinton’s, Obama and climate scientists as they label climate science, β€œfraud science.” Judicial Watch has made numerous false and unsubstantiated claims, with a β€œvast majority” of their lawsuits dismissed. They describe themselves as β€œa conservative, non-partisan educational foundation, promotes transparency, accountability and integrity in government, politics and the law.” The current President of JW is Tom Fitton.

Funded by / Ownership

Judicial Watch is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with contributions received from individuals, foundations, and corporations. According to Sourcewatch, JW receives funding from prominent right wing organizations such as the Carthage Foundation and Scafie Foundation.

It goes on.

So, I ask again... how can some fake website that's been debunked many times attempt to debunk anyone else? Aren't we supposed to take somebody serious at their word, not someone nobody takes seriously?

Read back a page or two.

The docs were released by the gov because of a FOIA request.

It's almost as if these people are attacking freedom of the press by calling JW fake news... it's just so unconstitutional! Oh sorry, I forgot, it's only an attack on the 1st amendment if THEIR news sources are questioned.

These people won;t belive FOIA requested documents, but will believe 'a source familiar with the matter' if it tells them what they want to hear.

All the links in the OP are still garbage, why don't you update your original post so we don't have to look through the replies to find any credibility? Just an idea.

You know people don't usually have time to get to page 2. If this is legit put it in the first post. All your links are still garbage in there.

Stop hiding behind one liner replies and pics of people smoking and post something real and credible for once. Come on, xuen, we know you can do it. Just do it more often.

The very first link in the OP goes straight to a page where the actual document PDF's are linked right at the top of the article.
Come on man, you know the highlighted part of text on a web page that underlines when you hover over it... that's a link you know... it leads to some further information... it's magic.

Read it... rumble? Sounded more like Huber is just another PR/damage control deep state guy covering for the Clintons (and others).

Christopher Steele has gone into hiding. Cancelled a public appearance at the last minute, this week.

www.businessinsider.com...

Steele is facing possible indictment(s) for lying 😎

On top of that he was a "Quad-Agent" (getting paid from 4 sources at the same time for the same thing)

HUBER and BARR are preparing to RUMBLE.

You Will Be Brought To Justice - www.thegatewaypundit.com... -advance-the-rule-of-law/

CNN and MSNBC totally ignored this big meeting between the top Federal Prosecutors this week, because the heads of both networks are knee-deep in SpyGate crimes.

That doesn't sound very promising. From the article you linked:

Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee say John Huber still has not interviewed key witnesses and they want answers.

Mark Meadows (R-NC), Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Doug Collins (R-GA) sent a letter to special prosecutor John Huber on January 8th demanding answers by a January 21st deadline.

β€œYour investigation has been ongoing for over nine months. During the course of our extensive investigation we have interviewed more than a dozen current and former DOJ and FBI personnel, and were surprised to hear none of these potentially informative witnesses testified to speaking with you,” the GOP lawmakers wrote.

Not sure how they're gonna rumble when they're not even interviewing people that would be critical to the case we all hope they would make.

Also:

Huber has the authority to impanel a grand jury, however it appears he has done nothing since Jeff Sessions appointed him in the Fall of 2017 to investigate FISA abuses.

The Clinton Foundation whistleblowers, Mr. Moynihan and Mr. Doyle told the committee they had to send their evidence to the Huber investigation THREE TIMES because they kept losing it.

Sounds like yet another disappointment to me. These people are never gonna be held accountable.

They also did a great write up on it in Nazi Daily.

So the nazis fled to new Zealand?
Who knew?
All this time everybody was looking in south america.
Plot twist!

Not South America, North America.

While American citizen Aeronautical Engineers were being laid off from work, ex-Nazi ones were being given their jobs with Project 63.

Not to mention Operation's Lusty and Paperclip, which imported, and hid, Nazi military leaders and engineers.

The US was infiltrated by, and welcomed Nazi's after the war but perhaps that was for a reason?

Large US corporates such as IBM, Chase Manhattan Bank, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Dow Chemicals, Woolworths, Brown Brothers Harriman, Coca-Cola, Alcoa Aluminium, The Ford Motor Company & General Motors, sympathized with and bankrolled the Nazi regime in Germany.

Not to mention the several Republican Party US Presidents who have deep family ties to, and sympathies with, Nazi Germany.

... and we all know how the US did nothing about the Nazi overthrow of most of the Western world until nearly the end of the war when the US was attacked by Japan.

Face it, the US is practically the Fourth Reich when compared to any other country in the world.

But yes, some Nazi's fled to New Zealand, too, some would say hidden among the Holocaust survivors and the government here took little action against them, which may have been intentional, but I suspect was due to the incredible naivety of our authorities.

This statement pretty much destroys the credibility of that post. The war is almost universally agreed to have started in 1939. The US entered the war in 1941. The war ended in 1945.

The entire suggestion about why the US didn't enter the war until then is historically ignorant too. The US was largely pursuing a policy of isolationism after WW1 because they didn't want to get caught up in Europe's wars anymore. Even so, the US was supporting the allies economically during the early part of the war.

For sure, there were Nazi sympathizers in the US. There were Nazi sympathizers in a lot of countries. But the way you stretch that into what you did is a sign of an incredible amount of anti-American brainwashing.

ETA: As long as we're making grossly overreaching Nazi associations out of context, are you reviving the National Socialist Party of New Zealand?

Wait a minute, I have repeatedly been called a leftist, a socialist and a communist in other posts on ATS. Now i'm a an 'extreme rightist' neo-Nazi?

Perhaps, as I have said previously, I am a centrist moderate and the issue is the mental/notional blindness of those who see the world only in terms of one extreme or another.

No, I have not been, and never will be, a member of any extremist political party.

This does not mean that I am apolitical.

I have been one of very few people who helped launch a political party which actually attained government for a brief period a few years ago. I am strongly politically active and aware, but a moderate centrist.

Nor am I American, but I see extreme left and right factions operating strongly in American politics and it concerns me that the public is being actively polarized into extremist views. What would have been identified as minority weirdness only a few years ago is becoming mainstream ideology.

It was a joke - Sarcasm - I don't even know if such a publication exists.

But I was trying to lampoon the extreme right views of some who post on ATS and who seem to think they are representative of the average American.
