My favorite way to eat it is loaded up, like a loaded potato!

Veggie delight vegan ham slices - sliced roma tomato, shredded carrot, chickpeas, scallion, sesame and pumpkin seeds and a side of endive and ginger
Oh god....I think I am going to be sick. I will still give a star and flag because I need to experience sickness once in a while, I haven't felt
nauseated in many years, I was forgetting what it felt like.
Love it! Buttered toast, mashed avacado with sea salt. Or a sprinkling of delicate sprouts. Or add diced tomato. Bits of roast beef. But haven't
ventured too far as this is delightful in its simplicity with a steaming cup of coffee or tea.
