When foreign people ignore your borders and come into the country to take, it is called an invasion.

It is an invasion.

Show some real backbone. What are you really saying, shoot illegal immigrants dead?

Hyperbole is all fun and games until women and children start getting executed.

Once you have moved on from a legitimate country in which you could have sought asylum, you are no longer an asylum seeker, you are an asylum shopper.

Since you're failing to recognize my point, international law sates asylum seekers register their asylum claim in the first country they arrive in. Since these Central Americans are detained trying to enter FROM MEXICO, the US is obviously not the first country they arrived in after fleeing their own country. This makes them unable to seek asylum in the US.

Why is it so hard for these people to just follow the rules?
Why make excuses for those unwilling to follow our laws?

C'mon man, this is 2019. Everyone deserves everything. Nobody should have to work. Everyone should get everything for free. People with lots of stuff should have to give some of their stuff to people with not so much stuff.

Scojak, it appears that is not true.

International and Canadian law protect the right of refugees to flee to safety, including if necessary by entering a country in violation of immigration laws. This is based on the fundamental right, as expressed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, to seek asylum from persecution in other countries (Art. 14). The United Nations Refugee Convention and Canada’s Immigration and Refugee Protection Act both say that refugees must not be penalized for breaking immigration laws in order to enter the country and seek asylum.

The idiot, Trudeau, in Canada explains it away the same way. It invites illegals, calls them refugees, but they are really invaders, then puts them up in hotels and gives them welfare, health, food and other services for years, draining the economy. If they cross the border before acquiring legal paperwork, they are illegals and an invading horde considering the numbers. Send them back!

Cheers - Dave

Interesting that the Mexicans don't do this for them. If they did they wouldn't want to leave Mexico.

Bright side of socialism.

We won't have to worry about illegal immigration.

Because this country will be no better than the SNIP holes they leave.

In legal terms used in the law the term invasion requires such people to be armed.

Your biggest clue besides not being armed is the fact they are all surrendering to the nearest guard.

Precisely correct. And all because the US signed onto the Asylum UN treaty years ago. All they have to do is cross, sit down and demand to file an Asylum claim. 500K to 1million a year at that.

But yea, we got no problem, right? Se habla espanol?
