I am part Jewish, I have met both genuinely good and genuinely evil Jewish people, the good a former classmate and his wife were the kind of people you just could not help but like, the bad a solicitor by the name of Rex Makin (his stage name his real name was Elkin Makin) from Liverpool whom tried to have my mum killed and was involved in a serious fraud against her - my Mum remember is also of Jewish lineage though she was definitely as am I a Christian.

For Israel there is the "day of Jezreel" prophecy contained in the book of Hosea. Summarized it states that the Israel and Judah of the BC era were eventually be destroyed and the people scattered to the world because of a top level Leviticus 26 curse. But the curse has a time frame attached to it. 2000 years followed by a 1000 year "day of Jezreel". Best I can figure the curse runs out around 2025-2028 approximately. It would appear this Israel is the Israel of prophecy.
The problem with the decline of the West and England from a biblical standpoint is this. The Leviticus 26 compact. And that most Christians never really realized what they signed up for when they became Christians. Here's what they signed for.
To start with the God of the Jews promised that people subject to this compact would be given various benefits as long as they followed the laws given down by Moses back in that day. BUT. There is a long string of punishments possible if you begin to violate the compact. Wars, famines, diseases, and various other misfortunes will come your way as the violations of the compact increase. All the way up to the destruction of their country and scattering the few survivors to the world. And another detail. This compact works on the individual as well as the societal level as well. You may be considered a "good" person but if you live in a society thats mostly bad the society will suffer.
Now if any Christians have thought about this at all they are told that their "New Covenant" has superseded the old one. That's not the case. The new covenant that covers Christianity is simply that Christians have been given access to the benefits of the old covenant as long as they are considered Christians in good standing. But if they fall away then they run the risk of incurring the punishments in the old covenant.
And one final detail. This covenant is binding on you and your descendants. There is a lot of heathens out there that don't realize that a all powerful supernatural being may come gunning for them because an ancestor was a Christian or a Jew.

Not necessarily replying to anyone just throwing my two cent in the ring. I believe countries hate Israel because it is a spiritual thing. God, proclaimed that the Jewish people would be hated and persecuted. That's what always happens to God's beloved. As a child of God, I am commanded to love Israel and to love the Jewish people. To pray for them. In my eyes and in my experience they don't make it hard to do.
On another note. I lived in Scotland with family for a year after my devorice. In no way does this make me an expert. I didn't hold a job, go to school or much of anything else besides relax and observe humans. But, I did take note of somethings. This was about 13 years ago and what stuck with me and still seems very profound to me is, everyone seemed dead. I mean, no spirit. No excitement. You could feel it in the air. I don't know really how to explain it just death in the air. I would travel back home here to the states ever 3 months or so to care for real life and I swear the excitement, spirit, life what ever you want to call it was so thick in the air you could feel it as you walked down the gang plank. It would put a smile in my heart and on my face, it was like breathing again. The first time I felt it I thought I was imagining it but I wasn't. You see the differences on peoples faces from here to there.
I remember my Aunt, who I was living with in Scotland wanted to call a plumer to fix a leak under the kitchen sink. I could not understand why when all it needed was tightening. After some digging I found a wrench and fixed it. She thought that was wonderful. I don't think that wrench or any of my uncles tools had been touched in years and years. Another time she wanted to pay more than what a lamp was worth to have it fixed. I took it apart and and it was just one of the wires came lose from one of the screws. And, my point is that was not just her, I saw very little if any self reliance. It makes me very sad, very upset because they where so strong. My Grandfather was from Scotland, he was self reliant, and strong. The people where just tough good people never give up never give in. Now,... I don't now.. just tired maybe?
But, now, here in America, I see and feel the same thing happening. America's spirit is dying.
Sorry I know this was about Israel. So, let me end with this. Love Israel, protect Israel not because of politics, not because of who is right or wrong. This is about God and his heart. Somethings are just like that.
