Some of it is proven fact and some of it is accusations.

What are the items that are just accusations, not established fact?

And you didn’t answer:

Is this false? So you have willfully bypassing of laws. The neglecting of reporting. And there is no accountability of where money went. Which is all documented.

Is this false. So laws were broken, and there is money missing with no accountability.

All of it except the part about not detailing what the money was for.

If she is not able to convince investigators what the payment was for then she is screwed.

With that said, many of these individuals are guilty of lying to the FBI about subjects that would bring scrutiny down on Trump. For example, Papadopoulos was found guilty of lying about meeting with a professor, who worked for the Kremlin, to get dirt on Hillary Clinton. Manafort lied to prosecutors about his contacts with Russians during the campaign. Michael Flynn pleaded guilty for lying about contacts he had with the Russian ambassador. I can keep going but as you can see there is something of a pattern here.

And none of the things they lied about were, in and of themselves, crimes.

That is why they call these kinds of things 'process crimes', often as a result of another little thing called a 'perjury trap'.

Ask yourself - if the acts these people supposedly 'lied about' (mis-remembered is a far better description) were not crimes, why would they lie about them?

Answer: they didn't knowingly lie, they simply mis-remembered. Oh, and they forgot one other very important thing:

Never talk to police. Ever. For any reason. Period.

Nice try, you disingenuous cretins. There was a single accusation made by a conservative watchdog group. That's it. An accusation. No wrongdoing has actually been found.
Funny how you morons blatantly ignore all of the accusations against Trump even when they are supported by actual evidence, but you immediately jump on this accusation despite there being no evidence or proof of wrongdoing whatsoever. Which is but one of the many things that makes you people so pathetic and disgusting!

This my two theories. And they are vastly different.

If the FEC goes after AOC, the FEC gets lumped into the Trump investigations to distract the FEC.

But you got to wonder if She did misallocate money, why it was so obvious and easy to find. I wonder if this was some sort of fail safe. They get AOC to nudge the government in the direction libs want, she gets too out of control then bring her up on campaign finance charges, and then make her a martyr politically with young socialist?

Maybe she has a short memory!

It is all kinda right in our faces. To think she could be held criminally liable for the same things that she spoke about in order to get elected.

Look at her green deal and one can see she is either very dim or she does not mind employing psy-op in order to achieve an outcome.

If she kept very good records on her finances then she will have an even harder time coming up with an expense to cover the use of the money.

Interesting theory...but if Socialist Barbie...the Poster Girl for progressive socialism gets exposed for the hypocrite that she is...it is a black eye for the Socialist movement as a whole.

Because she lacks a basic understanding of government and she's not that bright.

"If we work our butts off to make sure that we take back all three chambers of Congress — Uh, rather, all three chambers of government: the presidency, the Senate, and the House."

Besides, she's like, totally sure it's all ok, you know?

Like, totally.

“You know what? If someone faces murder, you can face jail time. But we didn’t do it — like, there’s nothing here. So it’s fine,” Ocasio-Cortez told The Daily Caller.

...

When asked by a reporter if she was considering firing Chakrabarti, the New York Democrat responded, “Absolutely not. There’s been extensive checking on this already. It’s totally fine. This is something that’s been filed by a Republican organization. There’s nothing here.”

She continued, “All of it is grassroots donations so it’s really- I don’t think there’s anything that’s here.”

Ocasio-Cortez Unconcerned Over Claims She And Chief Of Staff Could Face Jail Time

A complaint has been filed with the FEC, now it is up to the FEC to determine whether or not an investigation needs to be opened. If they decide that there is sufficient evidence of campaign law violations, they will investigate and if they determine that she did indeed violate laws in place then she (and Chakrabarti) could face up to 5 years in prison along with the associated fines.

I admit it is far fetched, and only based on innuendo. But “they” could always play those nasty old white men don’t like a powerful women in charge card. Just saying.

Im glad that youre able to laugh at yourself as much as the entire rest of the world population laughs at you MAGA-addled morons. Well, maybe not quite as much...

Evidence of Trump lying about wealth to cheat on taxes? Ignore.
Mountains of evidence pointing to Trump colluding with a foreign entity? Ignore.
Trump blatantly selling out our own government agencies in order to back Putin, which is so blatantly treasonous that it boggles my mind? Ignore.
Actual evidence of Trump illegally diverting funds during inaugaration party in order to hide where it actually went? Ignore.
Direct evidence of Trump making illegal hush money payments, committing campaign finance fraud, and then perjuring himself about it and obstructing justice? No problem!

One unnamed conservative group launches a random accusation at AOC with less than zero proof or evidence that we know of? SHE'S AWFUL HOW COULD SHE IM NOT EVEN GOING TO BOTHER WAITING FOR THE FACTS OR SEEING IF ANYTHING IS ACTUALLY FOUND SHE'S OBVIOUSLY GUILTY LULZ LIBTARDS DERP DERP DERP.

True...even if the OLDEST, NASTIEST and WHITEST man is 'King Bernie' of Socialism in America.

Then, again, maybe AOC just wants what every socialist wants...three homes, with a new lakefront mansion like Bernie.

One unnamed conservative group launches a random accusation at AOC with less than zero proof or evidence that we know of?

The National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC), a conservative government watchdog, accused Ocasio-Cortez and Saikat Chakrabarti, her chief of staff, of illegally funneling money between political action committees (PACs) and private companies that were both controlled by Chakrabarti.

Ocasio-Cortez Denies Violating Campaign Finance Laws After FEC Complaint

Just exactly how are they, "unnamed?"

Charity Navigator

The case which I cited in an earlier post was kicked off by the GOP against one of their own:

On top of the candidate and his spouse’s spending worries, Harber was increasingly concerned by inquiries from Terry Wear, who runs the 11th district GOP.

...

“I said, ‘I think this is a scam. I’m concerned they’re trying to tie Paul Ryan to it in some fashion and this could come back to bite Ryan and the campaign,’” recalled Wear.

Bober agreed it looked suspicious. He sent an email to the address the NRVF had listed on its FEC report, and received a return phone call, Wear said. Bober told him the person he talked to said that he was new to the job and didn’t know much about the Super PAC’s activities. That was where Bober’s investigation ended.

“In the months before a national election, there wasn’t a lot of time for me to dig into what could be a wild goose chase,” Bober said. “At that point, this was something that was really not a priority for me.”

Still, Bober said he advised Wear to report his suspicions to the proper authorities.

Tyler Harber and the Politics of a Scam

Your implication that this is merely partisan politics is ridiculous.

We don’t know what good old boy club runs the Federal Election Commission. Those bastages.

I guess you are right about AOC being a poster child. When you give yourself to the party, you can get those “three homes, with a new lakefront mansion“.

What do you get if you shun the party?

Exactly and if you go to the FEC site and see closed archived cases you will relatively equal numbers of both parties and independents in cases. In other words, if the FEC does investigate they have reason to believe malfeasance took place, not some political bounty hunt.
