Did Jerome grow a conscious? Or did something else push him to change his tune?

On Monday, conspiracy theorist Jerome Corsi apologized to the family of former DNC staffer Seth Rich and InfoWars has retracted the column he wrote in 2018 alleging Seth and “his brother, Aaron Rich, were involved in downloading and leaking emails from the DNC to WikiLeaks.”

Further:

The retraction said Corsi got most of his information from a Washington Times article, which has also been retracted:

"Dr. Corsi acknowledges that his allegations were not based upon any independent factual knowledge regarding Seth or Aaron Rich. Instead, Dr. Corsi relied primarily on, and quoted from, a column by Adm. James Lyons (Ret.) that was published in the Washington Times on March 2, 2018, but was retracted on September 30, 2018. (The Washington Times’ retraction is available here.)

It was not Dr. Corsi’s intent to rely upon inaccurate information, or to cause any suffering to Mr. Rich’s family. To that end, Dr. Corsi retracts the article and apologizes to the Rich family."

You can find Jerome's tweet apologizing here.

It seems we have a new Jerome Corsi, totally opposite to the Swiftboating-birther Corsi of the ol' days. As many of you are aware, Corsi has been under heat from Mueller's investigation as of late and this seems to have changed his tune somewhat over the course of a few months. He is suing Roger Stone, former friend and ally, for causing him emotional stress. It's certainly bizarro world right now. I don't think his apology is genuine. I mean he probably took one look at how this guy ended up and decided he didn't want to go the same route.

He's obviously covering his ass from further potential lawsuits and trouble down the track. He knows he can't BS his way out of one. As for his supporters and those that pushed the Seth Rich Conspiracy online and even on this forum, no apologies, no admissions, no accountability. Seth's family's wishes and rights to privacy over this matter be damned. Anything to push a political agenda at the expense of anybody, at the expense of any facts. I see we're still spamming Q threads on here?

So an overbearing governmental agency that just happens to be in the bag for Hillary and Co. have put so much pressure on a person that they caved and you are cheering that on because of your ideology.

Protect the Queen at all costs!!!

Meanwhile, Seth Rich dies under really peculiar circumstances and had the means, motive and opportunity to turn over DNC wrongdoing evidence to Wikileaks, but everyone needs to shut the hell up about that because...

Protect the Queen at all costs!!!!

I always enjoy your posts because they just highlight the absolute hypocrisy of the left.

So thank you and keep posting!!!

If the DNC is willing to waste $1.2 Billion to get Hillary elected. I'm sure they are willing to pay to shut this guy up. Looks like it worked too, but doesn't change anything.

Bummer, would’ve much preferred a couple manical rants on Joe Rogan’s podcast in clearing all this up...have they charged anyone in Seth Rich’s death?

Nope..
Shot in the back with signs of a struggle.

Shooting and deathEdit

On Sunday, July 10, 2016, at 4:20 a.m., Rich was shot about a block from his apartment at the southwest corner of Flagler Place and W Street Northwest[32] in the Bloomingdale neighborhood of Washington, D.C.[33][34][35]

Earlier that night he had been at Lou's City Bar, a sports pub 1.8 miles (2.9 km) from his apartment, in Columbia Heights, where he was a regular customer. He left when the bar was closing, at about 1:30 or 1:45 a.m.[36] Police were alerted to gunfire at 4:20 a.m. by an automated gunfire locator.[35][37] Within approximately one minute after the gun shots, police officers found Rich conscious with multiple gunshot wounds.[38] He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he later died.[39][40][41] According to police, he died from two shots to the back[33][34] and may have been killed in an attempted robbery, noting that the neighborhood had recently been plagued by robberies.[33] Rich's mother told NBC's Washington affiliate WRC-TV, "There had been a struggle. His hands were bruised, his knees are bruised, his face is bruised, and yet he had two shots to his back, and yet they never took anything ... They didn't finish robbing him, they just took his life."[42] The police told the family they had located a surveillance recording showing a glimpse of the legs of two people who could possibly be the killers.[43]

RewardsEdit

The Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia (MPDC) posted its customary reward of $25,000 for information about the death.[29][38]

On August 9, 2016, WikiLeaks announced a $20,000 reward for information about Rich's murder leading to a conviction,[59][60][61]although Rich's family said they were unable to verify this reward offer.[62] WikiLeaks stated that this offer should not be taken as implying Rich had been involved in leaking information to them.[29]

In November 2016, Republican lobbyist Jack Burkman said he was personally offering a $100,000 reward in addition to those announced by the police department and WikiLeaks, and he added another $5,000 to his offer in December and another $25,000 in January.[43][62][63] Burkman said he hoped the money would help "get to the truth of what happened here and will either debunk the conspiracy theories or validate them."[64]

Just one of those things we will never know.

I truly think Seth was murdered for political reasons.

I couldn't give a crap about what his parents say, he was a full grown man and we don't know the percieved relationship with his immediate family, considering he is dead and they are alive with the last word.

Meh, we will never know.

I still find it fascinating that an anarchist has to run interference for the Democratic party, which is the exact polar opposite politically of anarchism..

explain how I am "running interference" for the Democratic party, I have asked and you never seem to be able to answer that question

*edit*

If you are asking what I think of Seth Rich, I think he was killed because he stole things from the DNC computer in retaliation for Sanders

Kim will be Kim, but its true, the US Gov won't listen to him, but that may be due to his own issues he has with them.

True, and agreed, but wouldn't it make sense for the Trump administration to get that released if it proved Seth is the one who hacked the DNC

I really don't have to explain it, your posts speak for themselves.

Because I am puzzled, do you troll for the Republicans when the Democrats are in power?

Then it would make some sort of sense to me.

You would just be against whatever the Establishment currently was, in your eyes.

Not that it matters much in the grand scheme of things, I just find some people interesting because of their political "label" vs their actual posts online.

Read all my post, I attack the Democrats, the Liberals, The Socialists, The Communists, even "Antifa" just as much as the Neocons and the Rights/far-rights/new-rights/extreme-rights/post-rights etc

you seem to only pay attention to the narrative you want to

The American Liberals are desperate of trying to turn America into another Germany with the American version of Merkel. Of course "The Parents" are now backtracking Conspiracies if they come out and acknowledge them they might end up as their child.

Its rather ironic how quiet and cold Hillary Clinton is when the name of seth rich comes up.

I find it odd that SG and BJ are back and posting prolifically the last couple of days.

At any rate and to stay on topic, I agree wholeheartedly with your assessment. Seth's murder has never been addressed adequately.
