I think the poster was referring to Nadler, Schiff, Waters and Cummings. Since they've already declared Trump guilty of one thing or another, it's obvious that they're biased, and need to recuse themselves from the investigations.

Are you sure about that? Because last I checked the allegation was that trump colluded with russia and all of the above was submitted as evidence that he may very well have done so. All of it was also planted by the deep state and dems.
