Coram, I was going to suggest [strategies] because #3019 was talking about games and the NSA link was to Tic Tac Toe:

I think you're probably right with [restraints] but thought I'd still add this as an option.

I copied and pasted the brackets and everything in between from qntmpkts.keybase.pub, then pasted to this character counter online. It says 12 characters, I then subtracted 2 for the brackets.

Sabre, did I read that Snowden worked for Accenture as a defence contractor? If so then this is what the [3uD_hq] in Q#3024 refers to!

Replacing the 3 for a C, a search of "Cud_hq" brings up this "San Diego Sourcebook: Defense Contractors/Accenture" page.

Snowden worked everywhere it seems, I also find it odd he never finished school, due to his calling as a computer whiz kid. Then he joined the US military and broke both his legs in training and could not serve, seems they had other plans for him.

phoenix, I've recounted on the source post on infinity - it's definitely 10 but likewise don't want to argue.


Worth noting that space characters are narrower than say an "M", so looks can be deceptive.

Seems Barlow worked for and knew Dick "Vader" Cheney personally. Well enough to say this about him:
