This DNC fiasco filing has me remembering something many have forgotten about Michael Cohen.

It seemed very few if any read this filing at the time but I did, hence the Dossier connection to McCain.

Given Cohen was going to go to the mat with this, in court but it was derailed by his arrest and confiscation of HRC filing cabinets.

How did Cohen know? Was this filing the thing that triggered his quick downfall?

One last personal note. I know for an absolute fact that Fusion was begging, pleading door to door for money to fight this suit. They had "hopes" of actually deposing DJT - a sitting president, but were flat broke and unable to fight it.

Late Monday night Wikileaks tweeted a full federal court filing the Trump campaign dropped onto the heads of the DNC and Russiagate. In short, it blows the DNC assertions out of the water that it was the victim of a computer hack.

Did Russia hack the DNC? No, according to the filing, which asserts the DNC fabricated the hack.

I just read it and True Pundit seems to be reaching with that headline.

From what I can understand.

They do make allegations "if" the DNC was hacked.

The wording in many passages does absolve Assange and the Trunp campaign even if it was a hack though.

I can't see anything that alleges this was not a hack.

Not my area as many know but I thought this was worth tossing in...

The Trump admin can't really state that in the DNC leak case and state something different in the war log case where it is assumed manning is being subpoenaed for.

They also used an example of case law from the Pentagon papers case.

Interesting to see where it all goes.

There is a little part that refrences the DNC as not knowing or having proof themselves of "intercepted" communications even after their forensic examinations were done.

It says something like " electronic storage theft from a server is not the same as intercepted electronic communication which the DNC cannot prove and only alleges".

Now is that insinuating it wasn't a hack?

Maybe?

But I think one can still hack a server.

And they refrence it because it ties into some legal charge the DNC is refrencing in their suit.
