This DNC fiasco filing has me remembering something many have forgotten about Michael Cohen.

Michael Cohen Vs. BEAN LLC d/b/a FUSION GPS and

In addition to cultivating media interest, Defendants also organized or approved a meeting in Great Britain between Steele and David Kramer, a director of a private foundation led by U.S. Senator John McCain. The purpose of that meeting was to brief Kramer on behalf of Senator McCain, who at the time was an outspoken critic of Trump’s candidacy. Subsequently, in November 2016, Defendants provided a copy of the Dossier’s first sixteen reports, including at least one of the reports that falsely accused and defamed Plaintiff , to Kramer for redelivery to Senator McCain.

"Great Britain."

It seemed very few if any read this filing at the time but I did, hence the Dossier connection to McCain.

Given Cohen was going to go to the mat with this, in court but it was derailed by his arrest and confiscation of HRC filing cabinets.

How did Cohen know? Was this filing the thing that triggered his quick downfall?

One last personal note. I know for an absolute fact that Fusion was begging, pleading door to door for money to fight this suit. They had "hopes" of actually deposing DJT - a sitting president, but were flat broke and unable to fight it.

Some interesting results so far this week for the spreadsheet Posts per Day Calendar from Mar 2nd to 4th:

Number of Questions in posts for the days, gives:
6, 72, 10 = FTJ = Face The Jury

Number of URLs in posts for the days, gives:
4, 15, 5 = DOE = Dept of Energy

Number of Killboxes in posts for the days, gives:
4, 15, 4 = DOD = Dept. Of Defense

Number of Pictures in posts for the days, gives:
3, 6, 2 = CFB = Clinton Foundation b*ggered? (or Cipher Feedback)

WIKILEAKS: Trump Campaign Drops the Hammer on DNC’s Russiagate; DEMS FABRICATED COMPUTER HACK

Things are getting interesting for sure, as Donald Trump fights back against the DNC.

Late Monday night Wikileaks tweeted a full federal court filing the Trump campaign dropped onto the heads of the DNC and Russiagate. In short, it blows the DNC assertions out of the water that it was the victim of a computer hack.

Did Russia hack the DNC? No, according to the filing, which asserts the DNC fabricated the hack.

This story is developing.

Now this right here is a

I like these kinda booms. ❤❤

I just read it and True Pundit seems to be reaching with that headline.

From what I can understand.

They do make allegations "if" the DNC was hacked.

The wording in many passages does absolve Assange and the Trunp campaign even if it was a hack though.

I can't see anything that alleges this was not a hack.

Remember the DNC Server itself was never actually "seen" by the FBI.

They "relied" on a (well "connected") 3rd party contractor. Hmmm 😎

As a memory aid

refused access to server - Corney Comey

The FBI requested direct access to the Democratic National Committee’s (DNC) hacked computer servers but was denied, Director James Comey told lawmakers on Tuesday.

The bureau made “multiple requests at different levels,” according to Comey, but ultimately struck an agreement with the DNC that a “highly respected private company” would get access and share what it found with investigators.

Comey said highly respected third party LoL

Fruition is a beautiful thing.

Remember last spring DJT announced they had to stop being legal drug pushers. Purdue was the first to stop and quietly admit they were pushing.

Exclusive: OxyContin maker Purdue Pharma exploring bankruptcy -sources

(Reuters) - OxyContin maker Purdue Pharma LP is exploring filing for bankruptcy to address potentially significant liabilities from roughly 2,000 lawsuits alleging the drugmaker contributed to the deadly opioid crisis sweeping the United States, people familiar with the matter said on Monday.

The single biggest downfall to real journalism was the night I witnessed Walter Cronkite, a real newsman right up there with Edward R. Murrow the guy who took down Joe McCarthy give his personal opinion on Vietnam. He did it not as an opinion piece, ala Eric Severied he dropped it as part of the newscast. That's when real journalism sold out. Uncle Walter sold us out

Interesting tweet from POTUS this eve reinforces the question in #2961:

'War-like' Posture Activated?

POTUS tweet:

Note the Fox banner on the vid = "Dems ratchet up seek and destroy mission against Trump".

This is also a Future proves Past proof as the POTUS tweet came after #2961.

There is so much involved here.

Just as Sarah Sanders expressed at a news conference weeks ago. Wikileaks is a publisher. That view is expressed here.

The Trump admin can't really state that in the DNC leak case and state something different in the war log case where it is assumed manning is being subpoenaed for.

They also used an example of case law from the Pentagon papers case.

Interesting to see where it all goes.

Cremation of Care

A dress rehearsal for the 1909 Grove Play, St. Patrick at Tara
The Cremation of Care ceremony is a theatrical production in which some of the club's members participate as actors. It was first conducted in 1881. The production was devised by James F. Bowman with George T. Bromley playing the High Priest.[32] It was originally set up within the plot of the serious "High Jinks" dramatic performance on the first weekend of the summer encampment, after which the spirit of "Care", slain by the Jinks hero, was solemnly cremated. The ceremony served as a catharsis for pent-up high spirits, and "to present symbolically the salvation of the trees by the club ..."[33] The Cremation of Care was separated from the other Grove Plays in 1913 and moved to the first night to become "an exorcising of the Demon to ensure the success of the ensuing two weeks."[34] The Grove Play was moved to the last weekend of the encampment.[35]

The ceremony takes place in front of the Owl Shrine. The moss- and lichen-covered statue simulates a natural rock formation, yet holds electrical and audio equipment within it. For many years, a recording of the voice of club member Walter Cronkite was used as the voice of The Owl during the ceremony.[1] Music and pyrotechnics accompany the ritual for dramatic effect.

There is a little part that refrences the DNC as not knowing or having proof themselves of "intercepted" communications even after their forensic examinations were done.

It says something like " electronic storage theft from a server is not the same as intercepted electronic communication which the DNC cannot prove and only alleges".

Now is that insinuating it wasn't a hack?

But I think one can still hack a server.

And they refrence it because it ties into some legal charge the DNC is refrencing in their suit.

Let's not leave out the Awans

FAISALABAD, Pakistan — The father of Imran Awan — an IT aide to Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz who investigators concluded made “unauthorized access” to House servers — transferred a USB drive to a Pakistani senator and former head of a Pakistani intelligence agency, the father’s ex-business partner, Rashid Minhas, alleged

Minhas told The Daily Caller News Foundation that Imran Awan’s father, Haji Ashraf Awan, was giving data to Pakistani official Rehman Malik, and that Imran bragged he had the power to “change the U.S. president.”
