Yeah. You're talking to someone who did duck and cover drills as a kid.

Kim is not stupid but North Korea is a nuclear power. Just like Israel is.

Deal with it on those terms because that is not going to change.

You'll deal with it first. I'm a few thousand miles east of you.

I'm on the other side of the mountains from Pearl Harbor. I'm good.

You're probably right. I'm sure they only have little nukes.

Not even likely to happen. Vast progress was made. The North was kidnapping and assassinating South Koreans during Obama’s reign. Now they’re playing hockey again in the olympics.

Kim just wanted to get that bloody Drumpf.

That really has nothing to do with anything I said.

Yeah, they might miss and hit the guy down the street.

You're safe.

So, the President engages in dialogue with an ‘enemy’ with the future intention of peace and the usual leftists are triggered.

Go figure.

“Gee, I wish Hilary had won.”

I know.
Right?

Good thing Trump is president.

Yes, you started to imagine things that happened, right after you were talking to an imaginary Trump.

Unfortunate, but Trump is not a figment of my imagination.

Speaking to the situation as a whole since 2017, yes, vast progress is being made. Speaking of this summit, not so much.

The only silver lining I see from this is that future talks are apparently still open, and Kim now knows the gravy train has derailed under Trump.

I was simply hoping for more.

vast progress is being made.

For example?

knows the gravy train has derailed under Trump.
According to whom?

Between 1995 and 2008, the United States provided North Korea with over $1.3 billion in assistance: slightly more than 50% for food aid and about 40% for energy assistance. Since early 2009, the United States has provided virtually no aid to North Korea, though episodically there have been discussions about resuming large-scale food aid

I was just buggin ya. Your access to Kim’s and Trump’s thoughts and motives are a figment of your imagination, however.

I dunno, you seem to have quite the imagination where Trump is concerned.

For example, there are no rockets screaming across the Sea of Japan toward Japan. I think the Japanese would think that was a good thing.

As all reasonable people were.

The meetings and gestures of good will alone are unprecedented. It’s all progress.

Rockets aren't cheap. They know they work. Why waste 'em?
