Devin Nunes just dished on what happened during the closed-door House committee hearings:

Not much.

Nunes: Dems Wanted Secret Michael Cohen Hearing to Frame Media Narrative

House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Devin Nunes (R-CA) said Democrats chose to have a hearing with former Trump attorney Michael Cohen on Thursday in secret so that they could run out and talk to media about it afterwards.

“Why was it behind closed doors? Because they wanted it to be secret, so that they could run out and talk to all the mainstream media, who are in search of that ever-elusive collusion-conspiracy-obstruction animal,” Nunes said Friday during a discussion at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC).

The hearing was held Thursday in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility [SCIF], where classified information can be securely discussed. But Nunes said Cohen does not know any classified information, nor could they share with him any classified information, since he does not have a security clearance.

Nunes also said the Dems know that Mueller didn't find anything on Trump, so now they're moving on to investigating Trump's finances, hoping to find something illegal.

This is a crock of schitte. How? You know trump doesnt have a clue how trade or tariffs work. He doesnt know a thing about trade and he's full of it.

Silly, silly, silly... keep repeating to yourself 'orange man bad', it'll be ok, 2020 will be here soon, and you'll have another 4 years of TDS to look forward to...

For those who are capable of rational thought, it is obvious that Trump has a very big clue stick, and knows how to wield it.

So when he said he saw no collusion we shouldnt believe him right?
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA

Silly, silly, silly... just keep repeating to yourself 'orange man bad', it'll be ok, 2020 will be here soon enough, and you'll have another 4 whole years of TDS to look forward to.

Cohen is a liar, and should never have been called in front of Congress to testify again, because nothing he says can be relied upon, unless he provides substantial evidence to support it.

I'm not saying we should or shouldn't believe him, I'm saying we should ignore him - again, unless/until he provides proof.

As for collusion - I think the lack of evidence speaks for itself.

Too bad Cphen never said there was no collusion....
He said he didnt see or know about anything....
that is not the same thing. but you know..... hope where you can right?

You bring up an interesting point. Cohen covered just about every Trump topic on the books, except one...Collusion...he would not jump into that hole at all, and that is interesting since he felt fine to infuse himself as if he was on Trump's right hand for everything for at least the last few years.

As I said in other posts he suggests every bad thing said about Trump is true and he was there as a witness...then collusion came up and BAM! nothing from him. Rather telling that he couldn't even find anything to suggest he saw collusion...

Should go a bit to why he should be believed. He did not implicate anyone he could not prove. He could have easily said well thats what I heard to an number of their questions and yet he did not. He refused to implicate anyone with a nod. I thought he was maybe more careful than he needed to be.

Or he literally couldn't. I have said the best lies have some truth to them...Zero truth means a really bad lie... He doesn't have proof of anything so he could say what he wanted because it was all conjecture wrapped around known topics...

So you are now a fan of Micheal Cohen and believe what he has to say?!?!?!?
Even if the devil himself were against Trump you would be his biggest fan!
There are treatment programs for TDS...

Cohen says he has EVIDENCE that President Trump broke laws after he was sworn in as U.S. President on January 20, 2017.

Once a crook always a crook. Who expected anything else?

You are entirely correct.

Cohen has been found to be a crook.

So anything he says now probably should be taken with a grain of salt...

Since, you know, he's a crook.

Aside from the obvious point that he became a crook WHILE working for Trump, as a rest of following Trump's orders...
Its amazing to me that there are people dumb enough to argue that Cohen's testimony is meaningless due to the fact that he is a criminal, an argument that can only be made by someone who is co pletwly and utterly ignorant about the way out judicial system works, the law, and the history of Congressional testimony. Some of the most important and celebrated court cases in the history of the US relied upon the testimony of a convicted criminal. How do you think mobsters got taken down? You hook a smallee fish, you nail him with everythingyou can, you show him how much prison time he is facing, and you get them to cooperate in exchange for some degree of lenien y. Thats, you know.... how it works. That's how countless arrests and prosecutions are acconplished every single day.
And seeing as how it's possible for other people to prove or disprove some of his testimony, and that he is guaranteed a MUCH worse sentence if he is shown to have lied during his testimony, that pretty much destroys and all arguments that he would/could lie or make things up just to reduce his sentence. The risk of additional punishment and prison time is too great.

Cohen's testimony is meaningless, because it didn't tell Congress anything that they didn't know before.

Congress knew from the New York prosecutors that Trump wrote checks to Cohen for babe silence payments.

Everyone knows from the House and Senate investigation summary reports, that Donald Trump's campaign did not collude with Russia to break any laws.

Everyone knows that there are some people who think Donald Trump is racist.

Cohen said all these things on Wednesday, and not one of them wasn't already known before Wednesday.

The Mainstream Media and Democrats are desperately trying to "get Trump" for beating sickly Hillary, and to prevent the truth of their own collusion from coming out and leading to indictments.

Congress knows that Trump is a racist, conman, and cheat? The Republicans on the committee don't care?

Erm, you are aware of Trump's track record aren't you? He's always been a disgusting human being. He's on his third wife, who he betrayed by sleeping with porn stars. He wouldn't know what moral rectitude was if it hit him in the face.
