Actually did that once.
A year or so ago...I saw on TV that a big hurricane was heading directly for my mom's home on the east coast of Florida to make landfall.

I visualized it stopping and moving off...and it actually did just that. It stopped offshore and moved north along the coast.

MILLIONS WERE SPARED!...Yay, ME!

As for the wall...we've been getting a lot of rain and strong winds lately...including tonight.
The only bizarre thing was the timing.

As far as the winds and rain, maybe they were there in such force precisely because you were bothered by that wall. Sometimes quasi-unconscious wants seem to manifest more easily... should one believe in such things, that is.
