Here is Now's new segement:

Here's tucker's response:

I agree with the question about tax evasion by the high upper wealth. Basically capitalistic socialism. Giving tons of breaks to billionaires and connected millionaires.

I don't know much about the Cato institute and how it affects Carlson.

Truly a disappointing low point for Carlson.

He knows the truth of the MSM - he is on their payroll. It was a very uncomfortable situation for him to be outed.

The uber wealthy wouldn't evade taxes if taxes weren't so confiscatory...

Most people don't mind paying say 5-10% in taxes. However, when you start approaching 50% or more of people's earning, the benefits of evading start to make sense. It doesn't make sense to spend a ton of money on lawyers, accountants, etc when taxes are low.

Taxes should be reduced and simplified for everyone.

Given the development of wealth compared to it's distribution, one could argue they already stole it in the first place. So yeah, agreed.

You can argue it but it just makes you look stupid doing so...

Who on Ceres cares anyway, we'll keep on keeping on until the black triangles run out of black budgets.

Or …

That's what we want, right?
An exit from the paradigm.
We imagine that exit.
It actually would take a big multidisciplinary effort.

"Dream big"
But I'm bi-polar,
ignorance to realization,
hope to despair,
determination to resignation.
rinse and repeat.

Anyway, That scene came to mind after listening to first 25 minutes to video on the other thread, then taking a nap.

I always hated Tucker and his faces, I am embarrassed that he is a human like me. I have no idea how he ended up that way.

I will never forget how epic it was when Jon Stewart took down tucker on crossfire. If I recall correctly tucker got fired the next day.

Aww shucks, more attacks on Tucker. What's wrong? His "Change my mind" questions embarrass the know-nothing socialists too many times?

I stand with Tucker.

We are not going to start digging up old examples of free speech/his OPINION and using them to ruin careers.

You don't like what he says? Don't listen to it.

I support Tucker 100%

does anyone legitimately take Tucker Carlson serious?

I do

He is not perfect, but raises very good points many times

This interview was not his best, and he should be called out

But I bet if any of us did three interviews or so per weekday for a year we would have some where we didn’t look so hot

Probably a wise decision to take the billionaire's mouthpiece seriously, we can learn a lot from the hate and lies he's pushing constantly.

I make up my own mind listening to various sources from all over the political spectrum.

But we see your take.

So IO guess we will never see you taking any main stream outlet seriously, including the 90% that lean left wing.

One calm person talking to one person who becomes irate and stupid in seconds when called out, how childish yet the European is seen by most Americans as being obtuse, then Tucker is defended because he has a busy schedule, this site and its excuses get funnier by the day.

One of the many amusing things one hears on the American right is the charge that MSNBC is a “far” and radical “leftist” network.

CounterPunch

So IO guess we will never see you taking any main stream outlet seriously.

Of course you do, Tuckerson!
And I've never mocked anyone for being called out in a very serious manner, either. How could I?

But we see your take.

The CounterPunch article seems a bit more leftist than I am probably. Sometimes hard for me to figure out the whole left-right sliding scale.

MSNBC has a lot of conservatives - Republicans - NeoCon people as contributors. Michael Steele (both of them: Former RNC chair and the one who is Former Senior Advisor, Jeb! 2016; former Press Secretary, House Speaker John Boehner). Matt Schlapp, chairman of the American Conservative Union, was a frequent guest until his wife Mercedes Schlapp, became Donald Trump's Director of Strategic Communications. David Frum (W. Bush's speechwriter). Bill Crystal (NeoCon).

It was an awkward moment when Bill Crystal was a guest on Nicole Wallace's (former White House Communications Director during the presidency of George W. Bush) show. It was a segment about lies getting U.S. into war. The little screen pops up to show Bill Crystal lying; and Bill Crystal was sitting right there! Awkward!!!!

Yeah, MSNBC, not quite the liberal socialist bastion that some would claim it is.

What the conservatives - Republicans - NeoCon people who contribute have in common is a recognition that Trump is a fraud, a huckster, a downright selfish POS who cares zero about U.S.

But if you aren't for Trump then you must be a "hateful, lib, dem", according to Trump and his followers.

----------
Anyway, I think I'm a throwback conservative from the 50s, when top marginal tax was about 90%, Corporate CEOs got about 40x what the average worker earned, as apposed to 1000x+ like today; Schools K-12 were fully funded through state tax with Federal subsidies, student co-pay for Junior Colleges was low. Roads and bridges were toll-free. And Corporations were not immortal beings either. The state could end the corporate charter if it found the corporation to be not living up to its community obligations and standards.

Taxes, taxes, taxes!

Pretty hard to label myself since 50s Conservative = 2019s Far Left!!!
