Stone may go to jail Thursday and never come out!

U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson ordered Stone to appear at a Thursday afternoon hearing in Washington, D.C., to explain why his social media posts shouldn't change the terms of Stone’s bond and why she shouldn’t impose harsh new restrictions on his speech.

He did it to himself, daring to what many say, basically threaten a federal Judge

Stone, who faces charges of lying to Congress and obstructing its investigation into Russian election meddling, put himself in his latest predicament after posting an image of ( the judge)Jackson on Instagram on Monday with what appeared to be crosshairs in the corner

He later deleted the photo and posted a new version without the crosshairs image. By the end of the evening, Stone had deleted that photo as well and his lawyers submitted a formal apology to the court.
“Please inform the Court that the photograph and comment today was improper and should not have been posted,” Stone wrote in Monday night’s court filing. “I had no intention of disrespecting the Court and humbly apologize to the court for the transgression.”

What the f___ is wrong with him is he out of his mind! He’s been hanging around Alex Jones too much.

You don't do that to a FEDERAL JUDGE!

I know he’s scared even though he’s going around acting tough but a federal rap is awaiting him if he doesn’t get smart.

Make a deal and get maybe 3 years

I'm just happy these people are as dumb at being criminals as they are. These have to be some of the stupidest people to ever foul the rooms of the White House.

That's the one silver lining.

So, is this the image? Threatening to send someone to jail for this? Typical of the entire situation... You've ALL lost your minds.

And it was originally posted on this site, StateOfTheNatiion, on Feb 4.

stateofthenation2012.com...

But, you'll find most, if not all, references to the image on google, refer to ... gasp... Russians !!

The site also posted this image. Damn that evil dink dastardly stone.

Only Democrats can post pictures with crosshairs on them. Stone needs to learn the rules of this new society they are creating here in America.

Just shows how much the left loves a tyrannical government.

"We can't sell our socialist utopia to the masses because they are too stupid to understand that it's good for everyone. So let's just force into jail anyone that doesn't think like we do... and everyone they know just to be safe."

THAT will shut them up!

Just... sad, really... how far down the tubes we have gone as a nation.

And people on ATS cheering it on.

~sigh~

If he posted an image of him with a beheaded judge and an axe it should be OK though, right?

Because then it's art... or peaceful protest?

And edited to add.. it's not cross-hairs and was not added by Stone.

It's a sun cross... a symbol.

When I first saw the pic, I thought it was Willem Dafoe from "The Boondock Saints".

No shooter on the planet would intentionally try to shoot her split ends... as the crosshairs suggest...

What she needs is a good conditioner...

The truly sad part is, with a little cursory scratching of the surface, it falls down, again.

Seems some people prefer to not look beyond a headline, and do their due diligence.

Which is exactly what, it appears, the democrats prefer...

Well, if they had a critically thinking rational base of people, then they wouldn't be in power...

Just sayin.

He'll lift weights and share stories with inmates for a couple of months, before being pardoned by President Trump.

You mean he actually admitted to it and didnt try to play it off like he got hacked like the left Always do when they are caught and never ever accept responsibility for their mistakes? Respect.

EDIT-
Actually there was nothing to take responsibility for... This was a misunderstanding on the part of the judge. Maybe the judge shouldn't allow pictures of her surrounded by crosshairs if she doesnt want pictures of herself with crosshairs showing up online? Talk about accepting responsibility for your OWN actions... Pathetic and this woman is Federal Judge? What in Gods name happened to her brains???

What does that have anything to do with anything? You just wanted to insult some people? So you came in a thread and did so without addressing the actual topic?

Well, I'm just happy you people are too dumb to actually think about what has happened, and then comment on it. You have to be some of the stupidest people to ever foul the hallowed halls of ATS.

You go into a thread and spew some random insult that has nothing to do with anything anyone is talking about? How much intelligence did That require?

If you've only had less than an 8th grade education then I apologize and you're actually doing pretty good and keep it up.

Yeah he totally intended this! Any smart person can see that! He obviously staged the background of this photo and tricked her into attending the event!

I can forgive Sookiehaha and others for responding before looking further into it, but you actually created a thread about this without doing any research, either that or you are a very dishonest person... Shame on you.

It isn't that he is dumb it is that he is used to being above the law. He had a brain fart and violated the judge's orders. He will probably get away with it with his expensive lawyers. Neither you nor I could because we can't afford it.

I didn't look back into the story, only forwards. Can you tell me what the judges orders were?

The image he used was created by someone else, in a long line of similar images with the same 'crosshairs' - Which are not the same as those that have been posted with cross hairs on Trumps forehead, and caused only a flutter of giggles. The content of his instagram post was not threatening. If anything, the comments shown after his post, by people suffocating on their TDS, are actually threatening.

I am honestly just asking.. not inferring anything, before anyone concludes.

What were the judges orders?

ETA: I did try to read the OP's link, but it tells me that the page cannot be found. I'd rather read it from the horses mouth than perhaps get something missed by looking for actual facts.

ETA2:

Last week, Jackson issued a limited gag order, which prevents Stone from discussing his case near the courthouse and generally bars his lawyers, prosecutors and witnesses from making public comments that could “pose a substantial likelihood” of prejudicing potential jurors. But the order did not constrain Stone from making other public comments about the prosecution or his case.

Seems he did NOT violate the judges orders...

Oh what a tangled web we weave, etc...
