Congratulations your an idiot. It would seem you are the only person in the world that doesn't understand that Russia has been totally ignoring the treaty and that the United States has been the only country following it. You even failed to notice in your own post that Putin asked to have a new system built without increasing their defense budget. Because they were already developing it in the first place.. Maybe you should stick to posting on topics you know something about, If there are any.

Politics, no? US has gone back on every treaty it’s ever made, which is, constitutionally, a crime. Treaties, according to the constitution, are the law of the land, and to withdraw or breach them is supposed to be illegal, per the constitution. Just like the many saying “Iran broke the treaty!” When all international observers disagree. And what do we do each time? Promise if they stop enriching nuclear material we will end hostilities and provide what they need for meds and power use. They comply, end their facilities and production, we take their money, then refuse to deliver the promised nuclear materials for meds and power and reopen hostilities when they have to start their program again. It’s very clear history and not up to interpretation. The us, our media, and intelligence has no credibility. Just ask Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, Libya, etc.
