Invest in a snow melt system.

And then you'll have time to visit more.

However don't visit the political forums.

Coz you'll still be shovelling from all the crap piled up.

Good day to a fellow Ontarian!

Im in Northern Ontario - on the shore of Lake Superior in Thunder Bay.
We have a cool 5 ft worth of snow banks. Intersections at the roads are blind because of the height of some of them.
Sick of this snow crap!

But welcome to ATS!
Drop a message if you need help with anything

I gotta LOL about the snow melt system. Don't think it would work here. Our snow melt system is on for about 3 months of the year. We call it Spring/Summer.

I knew you guys up in Canada have lots of snow, but this is the first time I've ever heard of a snow bank.

You actually save that stuff? What's the interest rate?

The rate of interest among tobogganers and body surfers is 100%.

Oh nice!

The United we roll convoy will be in the Sault tonight.

They rolled through here yesterday.
About 100 big rigs and trucks, headed to the PM's house to park on that fools lawn and demand we stop buying Saudies oil.

When things warm up, it gives a whole new meaning to 'liquid assets'.

welcome, I am a yooper, we got about three feet of snow in about a week here locally. It is nothing unusual, but you cannot see over the banks when entering a road from another road or driveway very well anymore. It is dangerous. No room left to put the snow without causing problems with seeing cars coming down the road. Our snowbanks around the driveway are between five and eight feet tall now, but I am used to it so it isn't all that bad I suppose. Where abouts in Canada do you come from?

You're as close as you can to being a yooper being a twin to the Michigan city.

Are there a lot of Finns in your area?

Welcome. South/central Ontario checking in. I just wanna remind you that the snow is pretty-much keeping the blackflies down. Enjoy it while you can!
