Slow loading of site AND BUGS

This is the second time i will try and post this /// This website can take 1-2 minutes to load a page up for me ,yet any other site loads instantly 1-3 seconds , It has been a problem for many weeks but today all i get is Connection refused: www.abovetopsecret.com:80 over and over

what is going on

I too have had times when time slowed down...

minutes seemed like hours..
hours seemed like days..
days seemed like weeks..

it was around then i normally ran out of gunja and things returned to normal pace.

Try and notice the time when this is happening. ATS apparently does something ( I forget what) every hour between 27 and 30 minutes past the hour. It’s slow for everyone at that time. Is for me anyhow, and others have mentioned it.
