Nothing happens to "very" crooked politicians. Because they have the "mud" on anyone to bring them to trial.
Everyone powerful has closets. Only Bill Grahm the preacher kept his nose clean. His son... well now that is a different story book to be kept closed. Too much money involved there.

I know this isn't a Q thread, but the question was asked about how Pelosi got so rich on a public servant income. Not just her but a few others.

It would be nice to know that Trump knows all this and is holding it back for when all the stupid indictments start flowing from the House but I'm not holding my breath.

This would be treason, would it not?

A lot of the problems this country has is in Big Business interfering in the government.
Pharma and Insurance are at the top of the list. It is why we have the most costly medical care in the country.

We need to put a moratorium on patents in order to allow competition to grow which will drive prices down. And throw out the lobbyists.

I think a laundry list of every Democrat who's on the take would fit this promise nicely. And really, the NSA must know who these people are. The IRS, too: they are very, very good at identifying people who are living above their means.

Ok someone made a claim, time for 8 investigations right Dems? Regardless of where the info is coming from or evidence provided this absolutely must be investigated. If the investigation comes up with nothing we have to start another and another til we get the desired result right?

So..........

One gets themselves impugned in one fashion or another.

Then is offered supposed riches and/or fame/power maybe all three if they just tow the line from time to time.

All the while knowing if they refused it's certain death via cartels which is stronger motivator than possible prosecution from government.

They would be truly "owned" in every sense of the word.

Their choice is "none at all" as Cartels offer death for mistakes or retirement.

Prosecution offers death for treasonous actions, awaiting trial is no option as Cartels have long reach meaning death before trial also.

The above may go long ways understanding why certain politicians keep doing seemingly illogical things when looking in from outside.

I think the big wave of Republicans retiring last year is probably connected to this. They knew this was going to come out. The Dems on the take are the ones who are reflexively fighting Trump on every damn thing, and desperately searching for anything that might bring him down. They're fighting like their life depends on it, because they know how the cartels reward failure.
