Over Dozen Venezuelan OIL Tankers Anchor'd in the US Gulf Under US Sanctions all sides no comment?

It looks like 7 million barrels of Venezuelan crude oil are stuck in limbo after US imposed sanctions without any recourse for them to move the oil anywhere with no comment out of the WH on the matter Has anyone seen this in the news at ALL MSM seems silent Completely

The sanctions aim to block U.S. refiners from paying into PDVSA accounts controlled by Maduro U.S. customers of Venezuela’s state-run PDVSA are required by sanctions to deposit payments into escrow accounts that have not yet been set up. Neither the U.S. Treasury Department nor White House responded to requests for comment. Chevron and Valero declined to comment. Citgo did not respond to requests for comment.

So no one is talking about this at all WHY looks like there's about to be a war brewing.....

Closer to $400 million, but still a large amount.

I think Certain oil companies got exemptions previous to the enforcment which make the sanctions toothless but just for certain players .....pay to play anyone??
