Very intriguing, but how do we communicate with the unborn to acknowledge said consent?

How do you know you did not give consent? What if your life is nothing but a test? A test to see if you are worthy to move up to the next level?

This guy....fail, move back down a level.

Nothing surprises me anymore.
Maybe we should make it a law - make abortion the norm unless the unborn baby gets a lawyer and signs a contract for life.

We are not talking about me, I am saying I think he is trying to make a point, certainly can't know for sure.

Having experienced 1 miscarriage , 1 child born a month premature, and 2 others born quite naturally; I will naturally say that 1 chose to not be born and the other 3 chose life.

Thus, it is what it is. If he did not wish to be born alive...he would not have been.

It is definitely not a handshake type deal.

I am sure the indians will throw this out of court but i know not much of their justice.

I do have the belief though like someone else posted about their religion that we have consented before hand but travel through a vale.

How can he prove he didn't give his consent? Let's assume for a moment that reincarnation is actually a fact, he chose to enter that particular body. How can he blame his parents just because ha can't remember giving consent?

I kinda hope he wins. I think people shouldn’t have kids unless they can take care of them. Kids aren’t miracles. They happen the same way puppies do.
