I have suspected she has been either expired or incapacitated for some time now. Most likely, she is zonked out of her mind on narcotic pain
medications and sedatives. No possible way in hell any half-way responsible SCOTUS Justice would continue to clog up that position while being in such
an obvious incapacitated and end of life state.
As a person, I wish her well and that she may have peace with her family. But as a SCOTUS Justice, the need to step aside was months ago. At this
point, it is hard to tell who is calling the shots.
Americans have a right to demand proof of life and competency (orientation to person, place, time, event and other facts). If a SCOTUS Justice is
unable to fully discharge the duties of their office, they should be removed from the court. Someone's good word is simply not good enough. The minute
she steps down from the court, her condition no longer becomes any of our business. But until that point, it is necessary to know our SCOTUS (and
therefore the most pressing issues of these times) is not being held hostage.
ie: "What year is it?" "Who is the current President?" "What year were you born?" "And that would make you how old?" "Where are we at right now?" "Is
it currently morning, afternoon or night?"
If she can't answer those questions then she has business being on the court.
