So despite your tenuous, vacuous, and insipid one liners, you agree that we have a moral responsibility to these people. So we have common ground. I don't think rendering aid in many of these locations is possible, particularly when some of the refugees are being hunted. I agree other countries have a debt to pay as well but most of Europe is paying a far larger portion of it than we are. I'm not saying we need to open the flood gates just that we should be doing more to help. If we can send a hundred million dollars worth of missiles every time the CIA pretends there was a gas attack, I think opening our doors to a few more needy people will not bankrupt us.
