Any sandwich will do..
For example, when I go to Subway (an admitted fast-food junkie here) I almost always get the same thing;

-Oven roasted chicken breast on 'Italian Herbs and Cheese' Bread
-No real cheese slices at all
-I do, however, get Bacon (sorry lil' piggie, 2 animals must be sacrificed for my mealtime satisfaction!)
-Toasted, as of late. Gotta kill those germs!
-Lettuce, Tomato (re-add germs)
-Banana Peppers
-Green Bell Peppers
-Jalapenos (Kill germs again)
-Spicy Mustard
-Mayo
-Salt+Pepper

(also: Cool Ranch Doritos, Large Coke, 2 Choc. Chip Cookies)

If you try this sandwich, tell me what u think! Gross?! Boss?!

What's your favorite? I need some opinions! Or not! I just have the munchies right now... j/k. =)

YES! Those are SO good! The slight bitterness of the peanuts against the sweetness of the banana...

Vegemite and cheese! That's bold man!!!
I used to eat Bologna, Velveeta Cheese & Crackers when I was a kid lazing in front of the TV!

I even love potted meat and SPAM, if you've ever had the pleasure. LoL

BLT's.

But with Pico de gallo "slaw" over the bacon and iceberg lettuce.

Mayo, pepper, bacon, Pico de gallo, iceberg lettice, white bread.

Peanut butter with a nice slice of red onion between two slices of any kind of bread.

Guys like it-girls, not so much. Me, no.

If it's a sub of any kind (Subway, Jersey Mike's, Publix, etc) it's always Italian.

For a "sandwich," it's usually ham and cheese (either swiss, pepperjack, or provolone) on multi-grain bread with spinach instead of lettuce, and horseradish sauce instead of mayo. Sometimes horseradish mustard and olive oil mayo. Occasionally turkey instead of ham.

But then there's a BLT. Extra thick tomato with salt and pepper, extra bacon, and crispy toasted bread with a nice olive oil mayo spread.

Oh wait. Then there's the Reuben. :/

Liverwurst and onion with brown mustard on lightly toasted or grilled marble rye.

Pastrami with a dill pickle spear, slight mustard and let the pastrami drain a minute before putting it together. That way no soggy bun.

A place on the 10 freeway and Redlands Blvd. called Gus's has it. They weigh about 3 pounds...... doggy bag for later.

Can't go wrong with a Reuben. I'm also partial to roast beef with horseradish.

Mine is close. Cheddar cheese and peanut butter on a hard bread. Better than a Happy Meal by far.

OK, I will just post my bizarre sandwich behavior for the site to see and you can judge me for it.

I am a sandwich snob...

So let's get this out of the way....

Elk pastrami that I killed and made. Smoked with apple/maple chips.

Smoked goat cheese that I milked and made. Smoked with alder.

Horseradish mustard that I grow and make... pro tip... never grow horse radish unless it is somewhere far away from your house and garden. It is about as invasive as you can get and the deer haven't been able to kill it yet.

On a sourdough bread that I make myself (the flour my neighbor makes so I can't take credit for that, but he grows barley too so I make beer out of it for trade. I use my own sourdough starter that I got from my grandmother... the strain is California Gold Rush old.)

Lightly fried with mayonnaise (made from my chicken's eggs) and Egyptian walking onion (again, the first bulbs were from my grandmother.)

I make a bunch of them a few times a year, invite family over and we eat them with my own beer as a drink.

To me it's heavenly, but also much more than a sandwich and a beer.

There... I have confessed.

Me, I just like a grilled cheese with bacon. So comforting.

But man, a new fellow at my work eats a sandwich that I can't even imagine trying.

Peanut butter, with spicy bread and butter pickle slices.

No thanks.

That’s almost exactly like the sub I get except I get sweet onion dressing instead of spicy mustard and mayo.

One of my fav make at home sandwiches is a fried bologna sandwich. Bologna fried very crispy, put on a slice of bread with horseradish mustard, covered with mozza cheese, lettuce, and another piece of bread with Hellman’s mayo.

Nothing too exotic, but it’s satisfying !

It’s amazing to me how some people have never heard of that combo. I insist they try it, as it’s a nutricious and delicious sandwich. A particular favourite with kids. 👍🏼

I like peanut butter and banana. But even better, banana and mayo on white bread.

I loved as a child going to a friend's house for butter and sugar on white bread.
