Beached Oar fish Deep sea dwelllers off coast of Japan considered harbingers of EQ & Tsunami

So two Deep sea Oar fish were found beached in japan and people are getting scared because 20 washed up the year before the Tsunami in 2011.
It's a theory that scientist don't back but local fishermen believe to be true.... a few clips from the article:

So there are two different minds about these Oar fish beaching themselves before an EQ but we will wait and see there may be another big EQ around Japan causing a tsunami

I read about this sort of things where deep sea fish were being found on shores before a disaster underwater. It could be an impending quake or some sort of eruption or volcanic vent spewing stuff, it does not mean there is going to be a major tsunami for sure though, if the right conditions exist, yes it can. Another quake in the same spot as before may not have the same effect as the last one did because much of the material that moved is already gone.

Looking at it, there seems to be records of this in ca in 2013, 14. 17 as well as other places, I would say it is all about the changing magnetic field and what is happening to the whole planet.
