Oh, I just meant "that" airline (American in this case). Usually I fly United where I'm a 1k, and have been since about '97, but UA is becoming a PITA and the routes I'm flying these days (South America) UA's schedules don't work for me.

I'm strictly a United flier so I can keep my status but I rarely have to go to South America, I have a counterpart that handles that, however from Newark it's no too bad but I can see if you had to make a connection, which I hate and avoid doing, how it would be a pain.

I don't think anyone goes to Peru non-stop. At least not from here. Wind up having to go through either MIA, IAH or DFW. And if I'm feeling particularly obtuse I guess I can go through EWR or LAX. To make matters even more fun, all the International flights all get in at midnight or later so the boarding time on the return is usually around 1:30am. Joy, happy, joy, joy.

No, I'll just be in Lima. It's a ways to the Amazon.

I think I'd rather be in the Amazon.
