New York’s ‘Reproductive Health Act’ brought shock and awe to the entire country, by legalizing full-term abortions, and decriminalizing it. As barbaric as this all is, no one seems to be focused on the nurses and midwives’ addition to this bill, who coincidentally have been trained by the Clinton Health Access Initiative, Partners in Health, Planned Parenthood, and the Ivy League schools, for over two decades. While everyone is still trying to catch their breath, the reality of what lies ahead, may unfortunately include unthinkable, sinister acts. Based on past events, actions, and evidence of fetal tissue and body parts being sold, new “youth” blood clinics opening their doors, and prior experimentation on prison babies, it’s time to wake from the shock, and pay very close attention. This is both a physical and spiritual battle – armor up. They just legalized allowing a new born baby to suffer and die outside of the womb, if they did not succeed with the abortion procedure. This is murder in the worst degree.

The dilation and extraction procedure is used for an abortion after 21 weeks. The fetus is rotated, and forceps are used to grasp and pull the legs, shoulders, and arms through the birth canal. A small incision is made at the base of the skull to allow a suction catheter inside. The catheter removes the cerebral material until the skull collapses. The fetus is then completely removed.

In 1993, Planned Parenthood launched the Clinical Training and Research Initiative to expand the number of clinicians trained to provide abortions. They did this in partnership with family medicine and obstetrics/gynecology resident training programs in New York City. They train nurses, certified nurse-midwives, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and physicians through Planned Parenthood affiliates and contracted residency programs. For over two decades, they have been staffing up nurses and midwives, for this very day. Think about that.

Coincidentally, 10 of the islands the Clintons and Branson are setting up solar farms on, Planned Parenthood has setup the Caribbean Family Planning Affiliation (CFPA) on those islands as well.

Why are the Clintons, Paul Farmer, Jim Yong Kim, Ivy League schools, Planned Parenthood, and countless others, so interested in “women’s rights?” Are they after the money, the babies, or both? Why are they infiltrating numerous countries to teach them midwifery? They state they are training them to deliver babies safely, while at the same time expanding their availability to have abortions. It’s a bit of an oxymoron, isn’t it?

Clinics to Offer ‘Young Blood’ Transfusions Five Ambrosia clinics have recently popped up, offering “young blood” transfusions for older people, for purposes of increasing their focus, sleep, and maintaining a more youthful appearance. The blood used in the initial clinical trials came from donors age 16 to 25, but it doesn’t state where the blood will be coming from in these operational clinics. Those paying for this fountain of youth, will be charged $8,000 for one liter of blood to fill their veins, and the procedure can be paid for via Paypal.

Here is what the New York new abortion laws did away with:

New York Public Health Law, Section 4164

New York Public Health Law, Section 4164, Induced Viable Births (REPEALED)

1. When an abortion is to be performed after the twelfth week of pregnancy it shall be performed only in a hospital and only on an in-patient basis. When an abortion is to be performed after the twentieth week of pregnancy, a physician other than the physician performing the abortion shall be in attendance to take control of and to provide immediate medical care for any live birth that is the result of the abortion. The commissioner of health is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations to insure the health and safety of the mother and the viable child, in such instances.

2. Such child shall be accorded immediate legal protection under the laws of the state of New York, including but not limited to applicable provisions of the social services law, article five of the civil rights law and the penal law.

3. The medical records of all life-sustaining efforts put forth for such a live aborted birth, their failure or success, shall be kept by attending physician. All other vital statistics requirements in the public health law shall be complied with in regard to such aborted child.

4. In the event of the subsequent death of the aborted child, the disposal of the dead body shall be in accordance with the requirements of this chapter.

I repeat. The above are things that NO LONGER apply.

Therefore, look for private "clinics"/facilities to be opened up with CGI licensed abortionists.

Doctors are no longer required to be present should a live birth happen when an abortion is performed. The commissioner of health no longer has any authorization.

Any child born live is no longer afforded ANY legal protection, nor social services, nor civil rights.

This is an extremely important topic. It's only fair that we question the motives behind these new laws, and the impact of such a huge change in medical procedure/documentation.

I can't really fathom how this is ok with so many people. What about adoption? What about documentation? What about respect for the life when the infant has no voice? And now there is no procedure for what to do with the deceased... they can handle "disposal" however they please (as long as they respect health/biohazard laws)?

This is beyond sickening. OP has provided sources that clearly lay out how there is an agenda at play here.

Right off the bat we see, in what I highlighted, that there is a 24 week limit unless there is a special circumstance. People saying the baby can be carried to term delivered and killed are pushing their own agenda.

Right off the bat we see, in what I highlighted, that there is a 24 week limit unless there is a special circumstance. People saying the baby can be carried to term delivered and killed are pushing their own agenda.

There is video of the judge questioning the legislators who were proposing this, and they did confirm that the infant could be terminated even when the mother is dilating and in the process of giving birth, without specifying that 24-week time limit. As other comments pointed out, there are a few "or" situations after that 24-week part.

All the practitioner or mother have to do is state the case that letting the infant live would be a detriment to the mother's health (mental health included, I would assume). Sounds like you are the one with an agenda.
