It's that time of year again, the 6 Nations Rugby!

Wales v France kick off the tournament tonight at 8pm on BBC1. Coverage starts at 7.25pm.
You can tell by my avatar who I support....besides any other of the teams besides England lol!
My money would have to go on Ireland this year, but I am secretly hoping Warren Gatland has Wales sorted.

French rugby is in trouble, expecting a Welsh triumph, but you can never predict the French.

I am hoping this will be a good tournament. I always look forward to the Six Nations. Usually good rugby and a signifier that Spring is on the way.

I always support England, being English. Then Wales as got a bit of that in me (mother = Welsh), so I'm with you on that one. However, I also have a respect for the perpetual underdog Italy, and always smile when they win a match.

Not really bothered who wins as long as it's not Scotland.

Nothing worse than Scottish fans when they win something.

Probably why God made them crap at sports.

Well we are in the lead over the French, but only just, and like you say you can never predict the French.
I always smile when the Italians pull off a win too. That's the wonderful thing about 6 Nations, it's the quality of the match that counts, and the mutual respect and tongue in cheek banter.

I turn of the tv
I turn off the radio
I avoid my countries social media blurbs
I run to the hills
I climb into a deep dark cave
I fashion a makeshift generator
I build a wifi antenna out of a tree and some minerals I found in a rock
I create a mobile phone from dead wombat bones and stalactites
I drink salty limestone water to satiate my thirst during this hard endeavour
I start a small fire near an open vent to warm my aching bones
I catch small furry animals and prepare them to eat
I spend 2 weeks fermenting a brew made from these strange little red berries and some bread I made earlier and forgot to mention.
I sit back, with my little animal snack, my home brew, and I grab my phone
I am FREE of this thing called rampant sports!!!!!
I head to ATS.

I mean, I was sitting at home last Sunday morning, me mate boomerang

I said "Like the footy.." and the whole scene faded into a softly lamented sullen dream...
