LOL now Mueller is whining about Russians using some court stuff as disinformation 🤣

Apparently somebody is using "altered" material from another case to smear and deflect.

LOL I thought the Mueller Team wouldn't be falling for BS like this.

Irony Central on at 10 🤣

Mueller says Russians are using his discovery materials in disinformation effort

Russians are using materials obtained from special counsel Robert Mueller's office in a disinformation campaign apparently aimed at discrediting the investigation into Moscow's election interference, federal prosecutors said on Wednesday.

One or more people associated with the special counsel's case against Russian hackers made statements last October claiming to have stolen discovery materials that were originally provided by Mueller to Concord Management, Mueller's team said in court documents filed on Wednesday in the Russian troll farm case.

That discovery — evidence and documents traded between both sides of a lawsuit — appears to have been altered and disseminated as part of a disinformation campaign apparently aimed at discrediting the ongoing investigations in Russian interference in the U.S. political system, according to the documents.

Does anybody believe him at this point anyway?
Why doesn't he just send 5 or 6 swat teams and cnn to arrest them?

That really did seem like overkill.

Lindsay Graham is going to be briefed by the FBI on why such heavy handed tactics were used to pull a senior citizen from his home at 6am.

www.politico.com...

(I didn't know that amphibious watercraft were involved too! They were in the canal behind Stone's Florida home.)

Your posts are becoming less and less rational.

It would make sense that a Judge is concerned with the truth.

Also, there are strict rules about the dissemination of discovery data in a case that is sub judice.

Dissemination and falsification of legally privileged information during investigation and trial is obstruction of justice and contempt of court.

The falsified documents were sent to reporters and are prejudicial to the case. Jurors may see the press reports and opinions based upon untrue documents and confuse the details with the true ones, especially in a complex case.

In a court of law, truth is important.

Also, why do you keep posting the same sequences of someone vaping? Do you hope it will become a meme?

His democrat masters don't want truth. Didn't the hearing for Judge Kavanaugh teach you that? This is and always has been a witch hunt.

Glad to hear it

Wish they'd have been more successful/worked harder on it

I wish Mueller nothing but bad luck, bad fortune and lots of public humiliation/disgrace once the truth comes out.

He is perhaps one of the single worst destabilizing forces this country has ever seen. Him and his complicit MSM/sycophant radical leftist chorus.

He is a disgrace and does not deserve to be anywhere near its public institutions. Keep in mind, 9/11 happened on this disgrace's watch. Some FBI director, photos on 9/11 show him hiding underground like the rest of the cowards. Oh well, back under their rocks where they belong.

Firstly, the trial acquitted Judge Brett Kavanaugh, against serious charges, and he was confirmed as Associate Justice of the Supreme Court.

The accusations were of a sexual nature and not political misconduct nor were the alleged actions actions in any way politically motivated. The whole thing was used by both Republicans and Democrats as if it was a political maneuver, which, in hindsight, it clearly was not.

At the time of the accusations having just been made, several Republican governors such as Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker, Gov. Larry Hogan of Maryland, Gov. Phil Scott of Vermont, New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu and Ohio Gov. John Kasich, publicly called for the investigation that led to the trial and suggested that it should be thorough and deliberate.

As far as witch hunting goes, it was not much of a hunt when no one had difficulty locating the witch.

There was no trial of Kavanaugh.

It was a confirmation hearing.

And all the "witnesses" (especially "Dr" Ford) was political and smear related.

So there. 😎

I'm pretty sure it was called a confirmation trial. But yes, it wasn't a criminal trial, it was more to do with him taking station in the Supreme Court.

Lets go half way and say it was a legal hearing, in a court room, before a jury and a judge.

Is someone getting your goat?
