An Inspector General report says they found all kinds of misconduct by some FBI officials !!

Some disturbing conflicts of interests were apparently over looked (on purpose?)

A summary report did not name anybody however (surprising and shocking !!) (must be classified at the time!)

Wonder who these cheaters are and if any "corrective" actions will be considered ?

Office of Inspector General Announces Findings of Misconduct by Three FBI Officials

“The Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) initiated this investigation upon the receipt of information from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) concerning multiple allegations involving an FBI contractor and three FBI officials,” the investigative summary said.

“The OIG found that as a result of conduct by two current senior FBI officials, and one retired FBI official, the FBI contractor engaged in certain inherent governmental activities in contravention of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Additionally, the OIG found that these three FBI officials did not adhere to Office of Management and Budget policy while managing the contractor. Further, the OIG found that the FBI contractor failed to adhere to personal conflict of interest rules under the FAR.”

The report was then provided to the FBI for appropriate action.

Hopefully they are staying quiet on names because it could have a negative impact on future cases...

I doubt it but I can hope for now.

No..it just has to do with contracts and appropriations. A nothing burger.

Last year, the OIG said a top FBI person raped an employee, and groped other subordinates. But he retired from govt before charges could be leveled. That's how they escape punishment. Retire...lock in that lifetime pension/health benefits.

Wow that is like the guy in prison who gets let out by accident and is given money and a head start. He just might get away if the Lawmen don't figure it out fast enough, but he could still get caught again since he is still wanted for crimes committed.

The FBI declares that employees/former employees broke laws, but they are rarely criminally prosecuted.

There is also conflict of interest which could lead to motive.

I will be happy just to hear the two current employees are fired. Retirement gets them nowhere unless they have their requisite time needed. Suspect only firing will happen if that.

Wait, this could be huge!

I recall that Andrew McCabe was set to be investigated over his
interference with a sexual harassment case in the FBI.

This was when Mike Flynn took up the complaint, and started
an investigation into McCabe's refusal to handle the case in
a professional matter. Then McCabe set up the Flynn meeting
in which the FBI "snared" Flynn!

So, this could be McCabe and his superiors. James Comey
and ???

The media is silent on McCabe after he was exposed in his Grand Jury
trial. We have no idea what happened after that.

Yeah, no thanks to the FBI or Justice Dept either.

But leaks everyday from the Mueller investigations.

The truth is going to come out on these people.
Rogers spoke up early on, these dimwits didn't have a chance.

I do hope so. Not sure how exactly this would happen
but there are still several viable ways to bring it about.

I think the complete lack of accountability contributed to their total loss of legitimacy and forfeit any genuine right to enforce any law on others. Until those criminals are thoroughly made an example of for others, that situation will persist

It is at this time little more than a farce. A bad joke on us at our expense.

The "legal system" exists only to hold Citizens accountable for their acts, never ever under any circumstances to hold individual members of government personally accountable for their actions. Such a shame to see what our great nation must endure under this shattered government

There are so many of these, I hate to start a thread on each FBI Employee found to commit wrong-doing.

The OIG has just identified another FBI Special Agent breaking rules/committing crimes. AND, as with the others, the agency declines to prosecute the wrong-doer.

Summary of Findings: oig.justice.gov...
