Again ... once things started to open up for global trade, and tax rates on business started to become punitive along with regulatory policy, businesses started relocating their manufacturing and other jobs overseas.

You don't think it happens?

When you make it more cost effective to do certain work in other places, that's where business goes, and that's what has happened in a lot of industries. Under Obama, it started happening in the biotech industries. My husband was sitting there in a position to see it happened. Planned expansions where he was working were slow-walked in favor of projects in other, more industry countries.

How have the tax breaks helped? Companies that were touted to keep jobs in the US are still sending work overseas and reducing workforce after the tax breaks. Remember Carrier?

How about:

Phizer - 300 jobs cut
AT&T - 4000 jobs cut
GM - 5000 jobs cut
Kimberly-Clark - shut down 10 factories and cut 5000 jobs in US
Harley-Davidson - Closed KC plant, cut 800 jobs
HP - 5000 jobs cut by the end of 2019

Now Foxconn who got MASSIVE state and federal tax breaks for a promised 15,000 jobs took the breaks, and is now deciding not to create those jobs, but use it for a research facility.

Where's the benefit?

I hate the fake sympathy of the left, but the right isn't offering solutions either.

So should I support the right because they are honest about raping me up the ass?

Or should I support the left who pretends to love me while taking advantage?

Answer is neither of course. Both are bad.

However, stuck between the two most will go left because at least there's hope they mean it this time.

With the right there isn't even hope as they straight up tell you they don't give a #.

I've been supporting the right more than the left lately because the left has gone full crazy and you never go full crazy but the right still continues to not give a # about the plight of the common man either.

So think I'm going to go back to telling both sides to # off soon.

Both sides have their negatives and positives and the solution is in the positives of both while fighting the negatives of both. Unfortunately both sides are too #ing entrenched to recognize their flaws and when the other side is right to fix things.

The problem is; we have grown to expect solutions and answers from political parties and political leaders.

The reality (which they want us to ignore) is that we'd all probably be better off if they ALL left us the hell alone.

We have the ability and the freedoms to find and enact our own solutions to our own problems if government would simply stop meddling.

That's right people!

Tax breaks only work for who the left say they do, anyone else they don't.

Then they create medicare capital gains surtaxs, and force people to buy health insurance OR ELSE.

Anarchy is not a solution. Governments were created by the result of people trying to make solutions from what was once anarchy.

For CRYING out loud!!!!!!! Kamala Harris, Cortez, and Sanders are all about socialist programs of redistribution of wealth the Marxist way. It’s just communism without the gulags, but then again, maybe they have the re-education camps all ready to go, or wait cnn is a re-education camp along with the public schools. Free college, one payer system and all the other stuff they are proposing are just massive tax hikes and bloated bureaucratic centralized control. Why do you think they raising the minimum wage then taxing it higher is of any benefit to the common people ? Oh you thought they were going to soak the rich did you? When Pelosi et al have Cadillac health paid by you and you get the shi))$ Obamacare version ....or wait ... you thought Nancy was going to share her millions with you and pay her fair share ? Remember her whole family goes on vacation on your dime .... and goodness only knows what she does when she’s not at the table wrecking all of our lives.

Not talking anarchy.

Government can still maintain the roads and deliver the mail and occasionally fight a stupid war.

But the day-to-day stuff?

Just leave us all alone!

Only if you choose to.

I work and make pretty good money. Yet there are those that would call me a slave and at the same time, desire to tax (take) more of what I have.

Just to clarify something here, what exactly would you classify as 'the day to day stuff'?

You can always move to Venezuela since you have it so rough here. Or maybe move out of CA or NY? Me and wife make sub 100k a year and both have everything we could want in NC... House, fairly new cars, several 4k tvs and a nice chunk in the bank. Been on 5 vacations last 2 years.

Sounds like some bad life choices on your part / your location. You think the socialism/communism the far left is pushing is gonna fix your issues? HAHAHA!!!

People have eaten grass in NK and zoo animals in Venezuela. You are blessed to have been born in America stop whining cupcake.

www.youtube.com...

Starting at 1:25 for the relevant part.

Not everyone has the freedom to choose to up and move somewhere.
Venezuela is also the standard Conservative talking point when it comes to this. What about Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Spain, etc?
Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for you and your successes. But it isn't always as simple as that.

Yeah I could choose to die instead I suppose.

The situation is more complicated than you pretend it is. As if the government backing off would magically result in utopia.

Society needs to evolve. We need to keep what works and get rid of what doesn't.

It's a process that unfortunately gets derailed by corruption.

Which results in a reset and another attempt that hopefully results in an inprovement over the last failure.

Will come again in time. An infintismally small fraction of the population can only push the majority so far before they had enough.

Even you have your breaking point where you've had enough. I doubt you'd be so gung ho to defend the status quo if ten people had all the wealth and you doing whatever it is you do paid Walmart wages.

The wealth gap keeps growing. How extreme are you willing to allow that gap to become before it's at your breaking point is the question. Everyone has one unless they're the one on top.

I make more money in the American marketplace than most of you losers. I don't expect that to change just because a democrat is in office.

The way business in conducted in America is pure capitalism. Democrats can't and won't change that in favor of communism where all production is controlled by the state.

Anyone that thinks that is Americas future, needs an AA meeting or perhaps a nice dose of namenda!!

You only have part of the picture. Yes the Democrats are using the Capitalust system... and guess why... because communism cannot sustain itself without it. Remember how in the late 70’s the US had to give grain to the Soviet Union ? It’s because collective farming didn’t work.
Then there’s Wall Street who propped up Hitler and the Bolsheviks.

I was voting for that, not communism. That's way to confusing, the above is much simpler for my fragile mind to understand.

Making fun of people for the color of their skin?

You've read nothing I've said if you think I said that. As for my life choices, go # yourself you judgemental ass.

I accept less pay because I believe in my job. I help the elderly as a home health aide a # paid job with long hours. I don't believe I should have to choose to be a callous ass and tell my clients and the elderly to go # themselves and suffer until they die so I can make a decent living.

I perform an important service and I'm not going to just stop doing it for better pay nor am I going to accept being told caring for others is a bad life choice worthy of # pay and never being home with my family to make enough.

If they truly wanted a move that direction, they wouldn’t keep shooting down most leftist candidates and largely support neo liberal, establishment war mongers. Just look at the 2016 election.

However, I think they have gone insane with the globalist, open borders, deplatforming, and ‘social justice’ issues.

To that end, I’m finding it harder and harder to vote Democrat.

Like I said life choice, you chose that profession and telling me to GFMS isn't gonna change the FACT you made the choice to go into that profession. Of course my point isn't valid if you were forced by gunpoint to do so.

Were you?

And what should you be paid that of a cardiothoracic surgeon?

Having read the article, and the OP's posting the following can be stated:

The first thing is that the reason why the Democrats seem so extreme to the left is that the Republicans are equally extreme to the right. Both parties are going farther away from the center where they should be.

This article, from what can be seen, did exactly what all it was suppose to do. Earlier this month, I did the exact same thing on Facebook, posted a piece, and those who would react, did such, cause they did not check out the source or even the read the article fully, believing something that was satire to be the truth.

The article is satire, just plausible enough to be truth but still satire. It states it right on the main page of the site, and even the bio of the blogger is funny.
