I had no clue to what William was talking about so I did a search on 'kowalski' and read his/her posts.

Needless to say was quite 'laced' and hilarious.....I liked it most when he mentioned 450,000$ (?) mysteriously showed up in his 'account'. I would say I did miss a good laugh.

Still, i'd argue that, for a stupid joke, it was actually kind of clever... A black Budget engineer/manager goes on a conspiracy site, hoping that the government will see him, and threatens to reveal all of their secrets until his friends are freed by said government...

Sorry William I do not agree with your banning. He was not offensive to anyone in any way. We have had many Idiots on this site that have abused people left, right and centre.
I think that you should have at least given him a warning first.
