There are many, many people with gender dysphoria who go on to lead happy, fulfilling lives after transitioning.

I don't doubt that there are people that lead fulfilling lives after relieving their gender dysphoria through transition. I think they have to take their meds and hormones regularly though. You don't just whack it off and get a boob job, grow your hair long, and start wearing makeup and jewelry. You have to take your meds for the rest of your life.
