Happy to find common ground! The whole thing stumps me, how we have a massive sector whose sole job is to create numbers out of thin air, put them into our accounts, and then reap the profits of our labor in exchange. They give us imaginary value up front, then we work for years to pay them a hyperinflated amount for a product they had nothing to do with creating. It defies logic.

Anyone notice how most of the mainstream media in America is virtually ignoring the root-cause of what's happening in Venezuela? Not only this week...but ever since the uprising began.

They ignore that the U.S. pledged a $20,000,000 aid-package today, for citizens in need, during this upheaval.

But the MSM has replayed audio of Trump's 2017 statement regarding potentially sending U.S. troops to Venezuela, many times this week. CNN then proceeded to have "experts" discuss it, like Trump has already committed our military, with the public condemning our President for doing so.

With trump recognizing guaido who lost the election he’s possibly started a coup which may plunge Venezuela into a civil war. I’ll condemn him for that among many other things as well. And we complain about the Russians?

Russia is sending mercenaries to protect Maduro.

Russia Sends "Security Contractors" To Venezuela To Protect Maduro

I take this to suggest that Maduro is not confident his own military will stand behind him.

By the way, that article has a nice map showing which countries support Guaido, and which support Maduro.

Guaido is recognized by: The US, Canada, the UK, and most countries in Central & South America.
Maduro is recognized by: Russia, China, Turkey, Cuba, and Bolivia.

Draw your own conclusions there.

The CFR and the Bilderbergs have been controlling foreign affairs for decades. Some people need to get a clue. I do find it interesting who criticizes Trump right about now.

Capitalism always leads to ever increasing disparity. It’s functioning just as intended. It’s a cycle of booms and busts where the banks consolidate more and more of the wealth each time. This is how it’s always functioned in every single place it’s existed. And I don’t think we should be discussing socialism if you don’t know what it is.

Last time i checked Capitalism is never the answer. I mean look at how Capitalism is destroying the video gaming industry movie industry well i could give out many examples.

The normal standard of living has increased in western countries and in North America to.
Cost of Living

In many Western Capitalist countries the cost of living is very very expensive, including rent. Are you saying that those countries are better off with their expensive costs to the ordinary people common folks?

And just what have the right wingers had accomplished to change the living costs in Europe? look at May in Britain what has she accomplished?
Naturally you checked with the Communist Manifesto which spouts hatred of capitalism and the bourgeois Family. I understand your bias .... but last time I checked, socialism depends on capitalist proceeds to make it work. Find me a pure Marxist society which has worked without the financial backing of Wall Street and industrialists. If you have a hard time researching this, may I suggest Antony Sutton’s book, “Wall
Street and the Bolshevik Revolution”

Democracy is not synonymous with liberty. Socialism is not liberty. Democratic socialism is sure not the he double hockey sticks liberty. Socialism always involves a loss of freedom and liberty and excessive government controls. Is that what you really want? You really want to convince us you are not socialist but you diss capitalism.... yah I’ve heard that spiel before and right here on
Ats. Progressives today are going on and on about democracy but they are forgetting to tell you they want to commandeer your paycheck, your water rights, your land.
Oh yah I wonder what you thought of Obama interference wit Egypt

WASHINGTON -- Five years ago, President Obama made a decision that helped topple Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. His policy represented a bet that the democratic surge of the Arab Spring could lead to a stable political transition in Egypt and elsewhere in the Middle East.

Like every other capitalist ideologue you are severely uninformed about what socialism is. The Bolshevik revolution got no further than state capitalism. And the reason you won’t see Marxism anywhere without capitalist and Wall Street proceeds is because they always force their way into parties where they are not wanted. Socialism can produce its own proceeds just fine, and I’m sure would be highly successful and it if western capital would just stop crying, invading, sabotaging economies, and fomenting coups. There is nothing in socialism that says a business can’t make plenty profit, and that people can’t be well off, in fact the opposite. The core tenets are that people actually get the money they work for rather than landlords, banks, and monopolists stealing the product of everyone else’s work. Maybe if you actually read Karl Marx rather than just spouting off about him, you would have a better understanding of what you’re talking about. There are no American “industrialists” anymore, industry is contracting, and the banks, real estate sector, insurance and finance are making more than ever. Oh, did I say making? I meant stealing. Their profit is legalized theft.

a reply to: AndyFromMichigan we knew this was coming. The us has firmly reestablished control of the formerly leftist South American nations of Brazil, argentina, etc who were working with Venezuela to form the South American union specifically to free themselves from us exploitation and peonage. I expect we will see all of South America descend into far worse conditions and living standards for the next generation and we will continue to get cheap labor, sweat shop Nike’s, bananas etc.
The US and western powers have fallen on the wrong side of history, and now bring far more misery to the world than good.

Remember, he's a Russian agent, so it's actually Russia who is "meddling" in Venezuela...

You will never find one because they are often stamped out in their infancy, educating the masses causes more problems in the long run for Fascism But the socially advanced countries of northern Europe were not rich but they had no poverty until the Fascist globalist started up again.

The last thing trump need to do is mettle in the affairs in Venezuela. I think he’s got enough in his plate here in the US battling to the death with ol’ Pelosi and Schumer .
He’s probably bored as hell trying to get this wall built and government shutdown fiasco that he can’t but help himself getting into other countries politics.
