Since a lot of people seem to be back and forth about the Shut down and the Furloughs that can occur after the 31 days this PDF should help anyone looking for the FACTS and Laws about the Shutdown and Furloughs. A couple key points to be considered are also mentioned in this article particularly pertaining to the SES and the laws that will apply to them on if they can stay or not.

Maybe by posting this it will at least settle a few arguments with solid facts.
