Beto's excellent adventure drips with white male privilege

O'Rourke, 46, we are told, is "Obama, but white," because of his fundraising prowess -- he raised nearly $80 million in his loss to Sen. Ted Cruz. He skateboards! He listens! He connects on the internet! And Jack Kerouac-style, he roams around, jobless (does he not need a job?) to find himself and figure out if he wants to lead the free world. This is a luxury no woman or even minority in politics could ever have.

This seems to be the inevitable direction that left-wing identity politics takes - especially as it begins to veer off into Socialistic/Communistic territory. Within the larger leftist group, sub-groups begin to form and vie...sometimes quite visciously...to become the predominant, or supposed purist, sliver of the "movement".

So, here we have current (or is he already in the "until very recently" category?) leftist darling Beto O'Rourke...who was being touted almost universally by the MSM as the next coming of Obama (not sure why...it certainly wasn't based on substance), now being savaged by CNN because he has "white male privilege". Well Beto ol' buddy, sorry but there's no coming back from that.

You may support open borders...but you were born white. You may agree wholeheartedly with the Green New Deal, and all that implies (particularly with respect to moving the Country hard-hard left)...but you, sir, were also born male - shame on you! And those two involuntary things together add up to something completely disqualifying...you have privilege - why, you rat you!!

And don't even try to disavow your whiteness, or your maleness, or your privilege...in some desparate attempt to save your candidacy. What the author of this CNN hit piece failed to mention - but it will be brought up later - is that you are also married with kids (so no doubt a closet homophobe), you are an American (so quite likely an evil xenophobe) and as a white male with privilege you are part of the despicable patriarcy which makes you either an overt or enabling mysogynist.

Here is something interesting, that more or less proves my point as to where the left is headed.

Let me change my descriptor from "interesting" to "scary" here. Henderson's job, it seems is to divide American into groups - and then drive wedges between people - according to these slices of identity. And, as a non-white, non-male (I assume) person without so-called privilege she feels (as does her employer) empowered to trash anyone who has those traits.

What she and many others apparently fail to realize is that, the way this game is played, if the people with her particular combined identifiers do not ultimately emerge as the victors in this left-wing struggle - she too will eventually be taken to task. Perhaps because she is not gender-fluid enough, or she is too Christian, or she is part of the intelligensia, or she is part of the urban ruling class - or maybe she wrote something uncomplementary about the new American Dear Leader (or someone reported that she said, or thought, something uncomplementary).

She, and everyone else, might want to take the time to read the Gulag Archipelago...

Be very careful, America, about the direction that SJWs want to move the Country - and never think that, once the revolution is won, that they will be coming for everybody else but you. Don't believe me? Just ask Beto.

I don’t personally have anything against Beto, but yes I’ve been a bit bewildered by the almost universal media support and adulation. Probably it was just to beat Ted Cruz.

Now though it’s def worked on many of my friends. A number of them seem to think Beto is the bomb.

Yes, true, Orange Man bad...but we should all realize that he only represents the first grand slice of the American population that must be purged - Trump Supporters.

Because these 62,984,828 Americans are deplorable racists, white supremacists, neo-nazis, xenophobes, homophobes, Islamophobes and mysogynists...half or more of whom have toxic masculinity, don't want women to be able to control their own bodies (read have the freedom to terminate preganancies), believe in the archaic idea that there are (in the main) only two biological genders, are overtly either Christian or Jewish - amongst many other horrors surely. Impeach Trump of course...but more importantly, then rid the land of all of his supporters!

Is it so surprising, in this context, that the left so often presupposes an individual's guilt, reason to be ridiculed, or reason to be ignored (depending on the circumstances) based solely on what group they were born into - or what evils they ascribe to a person or community that they can linked to (like, say, Trump voters)?

It's not that they did anything wrong themselves...it's that they are associated in some way with "x" or "y". This is proof enough that they must be excised.
