Rel, I don't think so. Remember, the man who drew/wrote this died in 1899. The originization he originated from was German using the name NYMZA. To date they don't know what that means or may stand for.

DM may well refer to something well known to the group but isn german (or possibly English).

I think Q meant phase 3 of the plan ( or movie ). It was laid out in an old Q post that im now searching for.
