This guy says there is no invasion, and we are winning.

I hereby retract everything I said about securing the border.

All is well.

Police in Phoenix have disputed Cindy McCain’s claim that she thwarted a human trafficking attempt at Sky Harbor International Airport. McCain, widow of the late Republican Sen. John McCain and an anti-trafficking activist, told KTAR News 92.3 FM on Monday that she witnessed a child being trafficked at the Phoenix airport last week. “I came in from a trip I’d been on and I spotted — it looked odd — it was a woman of a different ethnicity than the child, this little toddler she had, and something didn’t click with me,” McCain said in the interview. “I went over to the police and told them what I saw, and they went over and questioned her, and, by God, she was trafficking that kid.” The woman, McCain added, was “waiting for the guy who bought the child to get off an airplane.”

SerialBrain2 has a SOTU breakdown.

My favorite takeaway...

"Now you know why Stone’s arrest had to be mediatized. But then how do you activate the Fake News media when they hate you? Img11PNG Answer: you talk to their boss. If you are attacked by an angry dog, would you rather “negotiate” with the dog or with the one holding the leash? Look at the timestamp of the Maestro’s tweet about CNN: 11:16 AM. Let’s go to Q1116. It says: “Thank you Xi, good start”. Do you see it? The White Hats activated China to tip off CNN and they are thanking them for doing so!"

"This achieved 2 things:"

"1) China gave proof of their control over the media"

"2) tested and verified comms at intermediary level"

Look at Russia, don't look at a china.

aside: Crazy that ChiFi is still teflon after having an actual chinese spy in her midst for more then 33 percent of her adult life. 1/3 of her adult life she had a chinese spy right next to her (at least one) and she gets a pass as if it is just a mole that was removed.

Thats awful convoluted though, isnt it? Isnt the simpler explanation that someone from Mueller's team tipped off the CNN guy who happens to be former FBI, and Comey's protege?

This border debacle is something that the national guard and other agencies could EASILY deal with and i view it for what it is a nationalist power grab.

Pentagon Deploying 3,750 Troops To Southern Border

An additional 3,750 troops will be sent to the Southern border to help install wire barriers and monitor crossings, officials said. The new deployment will bring the number of active-duty troops there to around 6,000.

Acting Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan said Thursday that the troops would be deployed to the border over the next month, NPR's Tom Bowman reported. They'll join the 2,300 active-duty troops already there, bringing the total to about the same number as were deployed last fall. An additional 2,100 National Guard troops are also stationed there.

As you wish.

How do you maintain sovereignty without borders? Given that sovereignty means holding supreme, independent authority over a region or state, I fail to competely understand what your point of view is, even though I've given it my best.

I appreciate that you share your opinions here, but for the life of me, I can't figure out what you are really saying.

It is not hard to figure out what i am saying. The military is not supposed to be deployed inside the usa. Such constitutional legality came about through power grabs and fear mongering.

Protecting the usa from within is the sole reason we have a national guard! The fake ass reasons they are being deployed is just an attempt to become more corpo-nationalist.

It is a slap in the face to the national guard border patrol and police agencies across the land to tie their hands and claim that even though there is no armed invasion we can only survive if we become a militaristic nation like mexico and north Korea where the military runs over the land "protecting" everyone.

OVERKILL

You need a copy of the United States Constitution.

Article IV, Section 4:
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.

Every state in the union is guaranteed relief from invasion, armed or otherwise.
AND,
I think this applies to socialism or any other form of government that is not a Republican Form of Government, also...

Like I stated once before, you ain't from around here, are you?

Where do you get that from.

Also i have viewed the definition of invasion in the cfr and it specifically says that such has to be armed. That is where the wording in the posse comitatus comes from and the language is backed up by the cfr. After reading much about the act it becomes clear that the military is not expected or wanted to be used for invasions of unarmed people/asylum seekers.

i am open for a pm if you wish cause i have been of topic in this thread several times.

Has anyone found Christopher Wray's response to Lindsey Graham on this issue? The deadline for Wray to respond was Tuesday evening.

Why should ChiFi get a pass on actually having a Chinese spy on her payroll? Is she and her entourage not being investigated for more potential embedded Chinese spies around her? If not, why not?

Could you imagine the outcry if it were discovered that Trump had a Chinese spy on his payroll?

nothing is free.....

sorry but the cfr is what backs up the gov. use of terms and such...not the dictionary

they felt it necessary to officially define words so people do not confuse meanings as you just did

Again, I ask you to provide evidence for your statement:

...invasions of unarmed people/asylum seekers...

At least you now admit to "invasions".

Are they all "unarmed people/asylum seekers" or, can you just not stand the idea that there might be some who are dangerous/bad actors?

Even if they were armed it would have to be a force that is too much for normal efforts of national guard and police to respond to.

Let's be clear i am not stating that the current lawmakers have not gained authorization for their fake war games but i am stating that they duped the courts and american people into such.

There was a recent court ruling that claimed it is ok for the military to build fence but made clear they can not confront people. That was a power grab in itself and a poor judgment of the laws governing such. It is clearly stated that the military is only allowed to drive support equipment and do surveillance. I think that came from the 80's and was a stretch of legality at that time also.

Thats all they are down there doing for now. Building fences, providing humanitarian support and logistics. They are augmenting ICE and Customs and Border Patrol. If anyone gets into any kind of conflicts with the migrants it will be CBP.

More $$$ needs to be invested in 21st century technology such as 'Deep Fake' technology according to the Pentagon.
Oh the irony of 21 century propaganda and the new upcoming IC war movie we'll be forced to watch.

Show me in the cfr where invasion is defined.

I just searched for the word "invasion". Did not find any pertinent definition. Actually, no definitions at all.

I am similar with that and am just posting such in relation to the calls for that to change into a different ball game. Many are posting the need for all out conflict and pretending the migrants are armed.

Also i still feel that it is unnecessary for the military to be there now because other agencies can handle it no problem and such is written that they are supposed to handle it and the military is a last resort.

Potus himself has stated in the past he wants them their for optics. The claim was made that having them their would persuade people to not claim asylum. Yet they just double down on their efforts to come here the more we ramp up the fear.

Well personally I think the reason there has been such a ramp-up in these massive caravans is because they know that a "Wall" in some way, shape or form is coming soon so they have to try and get across now, while they still can.
