So some goofball makes a fake paper, the newspaper that was spoofed puts a warning, and it's the MSM's fault?

Once again your lame attempt at owning the Dem's or Libs has failed.

Your echo chamber should be along shortly to howl and bark at the moon with you.

The only person or person's trying to fool American's is Trump!

Trump manufactures more fake news than anyone, some people say the best fake news ever, Believe me.

LOL at the fake paper headline

Oh if it were true. The pride of being a patriotic American would once again come to us all. Simply by getting a pathological liar out of the white house would restore our faith in democracy.

Moveon's tweet:

While we love the headline, we didn't produce today's satirical Washington Post.

They're getting roasted in the replies.

Is that's twitter account or something?

Trump did it. It was an attempt to gage the reaction to him stepping down so that he could work out how much hate he would get.

Pelosi did it. It as an attempt to put fear in people and try to turn his base against him.

The FBI did it. As revenge nothing more.

The Russians did it. They did it to try and give a headsup warning to the Americans that Trump will be leaving.

I did it. I had a spare five minutes and was super bored at work so decided to have a little fun.

My dog did it. He sat on the keyboard.

Just trying to beat CNN, MSNBC to their headlines lol.

In other news, 100% of readers surveyed were unable to tell the difference between the fake version and an authentic copy of the Washington Post.

Prank Activists called the Yes Men pulled this same trick about 10 years ago. Their fake NYT had a headline that the Iraq War had ended.

Some of their spoofs were pretty hilarious. They faked their way into some big shareholders meeting, IIRC.

There's too much white space for a modern newspaper though.

that's a very astute observation and by George (WaPo) I think you're right!
