Basketball arenas are small. While this is an excellent throw, it isn't really a far throw. Most 10 year old outfielders throw a greater distance. The key is she loaded her legs and arms well, she definitely played some softball at a higher level.

She's doing what I was taught as a "Crow Hop", technique used by outfielders, that front foot extended and opposite arm extended at a 45 degree angle. Watch a MLB outfielder throw for home, they will crow hop, typically you jump in the air to do it which she doesn't. Impressive, but I also wondered about the weight of the shirt also, there also seems to be kind of a blimp in the video about 100ft off her hand, made me suspicious someone had doctored the video.
